Die Beheizung selbst erfolgt durch Kraftstrom vom Leitungsnetz aus, während die Steuerung der Heizkörper und Betätigung der Signale durch einen Niederspannungswechselstrom erzielt wird, der mittels eines Kleintransformators c vom Netz abgenommen wird. Dadurch wird erreicht, daß alle Teile, mit denen man beim Gebrauch in Berührung kommen kann, eine niedrige und, unschädliche Spannung besitzen, so daß jeder Unglücksfall bei Benutzung des Apparates ausgeschlossen ist.
