Description
Entladungsgefäß zum Zwecke der Gleichrichtung, Verstärkung oder Erzeugung von Schwingungen Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Entladungsgefäß, das zum Zweck der Gleichrichtung, der Verstärkung oder der Erzeugung von Schwingungen verwendet wird. Als Kathode für dieses Entladungsgefäß wird eine Elektrode verwendet, die unter dem Einfluß einer äußeren Bestrahlung oder äußeren Erhitzung Elektronen aussendet. Man hat bei Elektronenröhren mit derartigen indirekt beeinflußten Kathoden beispielsweise einen Teil der Glaswand selbst als Kathode benutzt, der mit einem emittierenden Überzug versehen wird. Für die Heizung wird an der Außenwand des Vakuumgefäßes ein Heizkörper angebracht, z. B. einige Windungen Widerstandsdraht gelegt.
