Die Form des Hohlkörpers selbst ist dabei eine ganz beliebige. Er erhält danach außen einen Überzuge aus einem säurefesten Lack, der auch mehrfach aufgetragen sein kann. Weiterhin erfolgt dann das Tauchen des Hohlkörpers in das Beiz- und das Zinkbad in- der üblichen Weise. Der äußere Lacküberzug c schützt die Schwarzblechflächie gegen den Angriff der Beize und das Anhaften des flüssigen: Zinks, das vielmehr nur die Innenfläche des Behälters α mit der rostschützenden Schicht b überzieht. Der Lacküberzug c wird bei dem Zinkbad verkrustet und läßt sich z. B. durch Bürsten leicht und schnell entfernen. Die Entfernung bedeutet also praktisch keine Verteuerung im Herstellungsgang, vielmehr wird die äußere Zinkschicht erspart, und es erscheint die Außenfläche des Schwarzbleches wieder so, als ob sie nicht behandelt wäre, sie ist demgemäß für ihre Verschönerung ohne besondere Mehrarbeit bereit.The container α is formed in any way from black plate, so z.
