Fingerschutz an Handhobelmaschinen Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf Handhobelmaschinen, deren Messerkopf zwischen gleichachsigen Handgriffen in einem mit einem Hobelschlitz versehenen Gehäuse gelagert ist. Bei diesen Maschinen besteht die Gefahr, daß der Arbeiter bei laufender Maschine einen Handgriff losläßt und mit der frei gewordenen Hand aus Unachtsamkeit in den Hobelschlitz greift, wobei er sich natürlich schwere Verletzungen zuziehen kann. Um diese Gefahr zu beseitigen, hat man bei ortsfesten Maschinen schon Schutzkappen vorgesehen, die durch Federdruck oder Gewichtsbelastung selbsttätig über dem Hobelschlitz der Maschine geschlossen gehalten und erst durch den Druck des eingeführten Holzes geöffnet werden.Finger protection on hand planing machines The invention relates to Hand planing machines with a cutter head between coaxial handles in one is mounted with a planer slot provided housing. Der andere (in Abb. 2 rechte) Handgriff h ist mit dem Deckel c2 fest verbunden und dient als Drehzapfen für einen Hohlgriff m, der mit einer um die beiden Griffe h, h drehbaren und auf ihnen gelagerten Klappe n verbunden ist. Federn o suchen die Klappe n stets in die (punktierte) Schließstellung (Abb.3) zu drehen, in der sie den Hobelschlitz des Gehäuses a überdeckt. Sie schlägt dabei an einer Lippe p des Hobelschlitzes an. Um den Hobelschlitz zu öffnen, muß der Arbeiter den Hohlgriff na unter Festhaltung des Handgriffs h entgegengesetzt zur Wirkung der Federn o drehen, bis eine Leiste r an der Klappe ii an einem Gehäuseanschlag, z. B. einem der Anker b, anschlägt (Abb. 3, ausgezogene Stellung). Der Arbeiter ist also gezwungen, beide Handgriffe festzuhalten. Läßt er auch nur einen Handgriff frei, so wird entweder die Klappe n oder das Gehäuse a durch die Federn o sofort in die Schließstellung gedreht.
