Das eine Klaminerende ist senkrecht nach unten und das andere schräg nach vorwärts gerichtet. Soll die Stützeinlage für orthopädische Schuhe mit einer mehrere Taschen bildenden Doppelbrandsohle a benutzt werden. so wird zur sicheren Befestigung an Stelle der Griffzunge f, die nach den Abb. i bis 4 in bekannter Art an den Stützkörpern angebracht ist, eine Klammer gemäß Abb. 5 bis 7 benutzt. Der Stützkörper wird mit Hilfe dieser Klammer na in eine der durch die Nähte k gebildeten Taschen h, c, l fest eingesetzt. Der Stützkörper d besteht aus mehreren Lagen Leder, Gummi, Filz, Zelluloid o. dgl. Diese Stoffe können nach Bedarf auch wechselweise übereinander angeordnet werden. Der Stützkörper d hat vorzugsweise eine eiförmige oder elliptische Grundfläche, kann aber auch kreisförmig wie bei e in Abb. 3 ausgeführt sein. Vorteilhaft ist es, wenn die stärkste Stelle nicht zentrisch, sondern, wie bekannt, exzentrisch liegt, wodurch eine ganze Reihe verschiedener, parabelartiger Stützkurven entstehen. Von der stärksten Stelle aus laufen die Stützkurven nach außen gewölbt zum Rand des Stützkörpers. Es können auch Kombinationen vorgewölbter und eingewölbter Stützkurven verwendet werden. Die leicht eindrückbare Klammer in erlaubt jede beliebige Lage. Die Einlage mit Klammer ist nicht nur für die vorgeschriebenen, orthopädischen Schuhe, sondern für jedes beliebige Schuhwerk verwendbar; sie ist leicht paßrecht zu befestigen und nach Bedarf auszuwechseln.
