Die Wirkungsweise der Vorrichtung ist nachstehende:The mode of operation of the device is as follows:
M der Ruhelage nehmen die Teile der Maschine die in Abb. ι und 2 dargestellte Lage
ein, nur daß die Bürsten gemäßi Abb. 2 sich in der Stellung I-1 befinden. In der sternförmigen
Ausbildung der Tragvorrichtung 20 bleiben etwa Y3 des Umfanges (Abb. 1) frei
für die Auflegeplatten 4 bei A und B. Bei A erfolgt das Auflegen des unbedruckten Papierbogens
und bei B die Abnahme des| fertigen Bogens, wenn sich die Arbeitsplatte 2
in der 'eingezeichneten Pfeilrichtung dreht. Das Bedrucken des Papiers erfolgt mittels
Schablonen 32, welche an der Tragvorrichtung 20 in 'entsprechender Anzahl, hier 6, befestigt
werden. Nach Beschicken der Tafelt, mit einem leeren oder in Schwarzmanier vorgedrucktem
Papierblatt senkt sich, beim Niedergehen der Stange 7 die Tragvorrichtung, und
die Schablonen 32 legen sich auf die darunterliegenden Papierblätter des Arbeitstisches 2,
wobei die genaue Einstellung durch die Zapfen
5 und die Öffnungen 22 gesichert wird. Bei weiterem Senken dear Stange 7 unter dem
Einfluß der Kurbelstange 10 senkt sich, schließlieh
auch die Scheibe 30, und es werden die Gelenkarme der Nürnberger Schiere 28 getätigt,
so daß sich dieselbe im bekannter Weise verlängert und die Bürstenträger aus der
Stellung I in Pfeilrichtung α in die Stellung II vorschiebt, wobei die Bürsten 24 die jeweilige
Farbe mittels der Schablonen 32 auf das Papierblatt abgeben. Jeder Farbbehälter 23
ist mit einer besonderen Farbe gefüllt, deren Zuviel durch, 'eine Abstreichvorrichtung, Filz
ο. dgl., entfernt wird. Bei weiterer Drehung der Kurbel 11 schiebt sich die Hubstange 7
wieder nach oben, und die Bürsten kehren mit Unterstützung der Feder 131 und der
Nürnberger Schere in' umgekehrter Richtung in die Stellung I-I zurück. In einem bestimmten
Augenblicke stößt der Absatz 9 der Stange 7 gegen den Absatz der Hülse 19
und hebt die Tragvorrichtung mit den Schablonen vom Druckpapier ab. Mittlerweile hat
sich der Schaltarm 17 gegen den Anschlag 18
gelegt und dreht nun die Arbeitstafel 2 um eine Sechsteldrehung weiter, da ja die Tischr
einteilung zuzüglich der Felder A und B zu berücksichtigen ist. Es folgt hierauf wieder
das Senken der Tragvorrichtung· 20 usw., so daß das Bedrucken oder Bürsten des Papiers

Maschine zum Auftragen von Farben auf Postkarten u. dgl. mittels Schablonen,
bei der die auf einem absatzweise umlaufenden Tisch ruhenden Werkstücke
nacheinander der Einwirkung von Bürsten oder Pinseln unterworfen werden, dadurch
gekennzeichnet, daß die Bürsten (24) o. dgl. an radial verstellbaren Trägern (25)
angeordnet sind, deren Anzahl der Zahl der aufzutragenden Farben entspricht, und
unterhalb jeder Bürste (24) eine in .einem die Schablonen, (32) tragenden, in Richtung
der Drehachse auf und ab bewegbaren Rahmenwerk (20) ruhende Farbschale (23) sich befindet, wobei dieses
Rahmenwerk (20) mittels eines Kurbeltriebes (ii, 10, 7) axial bewegt wird
unter gleichzeitigem Verstellen der Länge der die Bürsten (24) tragenden Arme (25)
und der die Werkstücke tragende Tisch (2) absatzweise gedreht wird, so daß die Werkstücke nacheinander unter die einzelnen
