Die Erfindung betrifft das Verfahren zum Ausschleifen der Poren, speziell bei Eichenhölzern usw., für die Holz- und Möbelindustrie nach Patent 424 470. Sie besteht in der besonderen Ausbildung der im Hauptpatent angegebenen Bürste zur Ausübung des Verfahrens. Diese Bürste hat neben den Metallfeindrahtborsten erfindungsgemäß an Stelle der Fiberpflanzenfaser und Haarbürsten, welche wasserunempfindlich und aus Neusilber oder Phosphorbronze hergestellt sind, die gleichzeitig fein und nachschleifend auch das Mitreinigen erledigen. Wegen der Feinheit der Polierborsten werden die Borstenbündel mit einem verstellbaren Ziwischenbrett zur Steifung und Schonung >und zur Erzielung durch Lang- oder Kurzstellen der Borsten eines jeweiligen fein- oder grobwirkenden Schliffes versehen. Die so ausgebildete Feindrahtmetallbürste übertrifft die bisher bekannte Bürste zum Ausschleifen des Holzes in ihrer Wirkung und eignet sich, besonders noch zum Einschleifen nasser Beizen in die Poren, Auswaschen durchgeschlagenen Furnierleimes und Abschleifen durch Lang- und Kurzstellen der Borsten bis zur Sandpapierkörnung von Holzflächen.
