Method for fastening exchangeable insert profiles in concrete components
For anchoring insertion profiles in concrete components, e.g. B. concrete steps, it was previously common to mill recesses into the finished ground concrete surface, in which the insert profile was then attached by hammering or gluing. It is also known to produce the depressions into which the insertion profiles or strips are glued or concreted in by inserting formwork into the concrete body. Such a type of attachment, however, requires extensive machining of the concrete body by hand and machine, which causes considerable costs.
Insert bodies which are built into the component before the concrete sets and which are equipped with adhesive elements on their lower surface have the disadvantage that they are difficult to replace. For this reason, the additional adhesion of the insert body should be achieved by retaining pegs, which reduce wear on the edge protector and enable the insert body to be replaced by lifting it out of the retaining pegs.
The invention is now based on the object of creating a method for fastening exchangeable insertion profiles in concrete components, which eliminates a large part of the work required according to the previously known methods and makes subsequent changing of the insertion profiles easy. According to the invention, this is achieved in such a way that a hollow profile made of z. B. plastic is poured near the surface of the component, after which the surface of the component facing side of the hollow profile with the component is ground down until the cavity of the profile is accessible from the outside, in order to then press the replaceable insert profile into this cavity. The hollow profile used for this process expediently has conical inner walls that narrow towards the grinding surface.
It is also expedient if the hollow profile has vertically toothed inner walls or is equipped with an underside that is parallel to the grinding surface and has thickenings. If the insert profile consists in particular of elastic plastic, then due to its elasticity it presses against the conical or toothed inner walls of the previously ground hollow profile, so that the insert profile sticks in it without additional tools or additional processing, whereby an effortless exchange of worn insert profiles is achieved.
In the drawings, an example embodiment of such a hollow or

The protruding extensions - 4 - on the outside of these hollow profiles ensure that the hollow profile is securely anchored in the concrete component. If the surface of this concrete component is now sanded down to the level indicated by dashed lines, the cavity of the ProHtes-1 is accessible from the outside, whereupon the insert profile - 7 - made of elastic plastic is pressed into the hollow profile and anchored to the inner walls of the hollow profile becomes.
