Description

Verfahren zur Herstellung von porösen Formlingen Bei der bekannten Herstellung von porösen Baustoffen aus hydraulisch erhärtenden Massen unter Anwendung von Vakuum ist man bisher so vorgegangen, daß man die noch plastischen Massen in einem Vakuumkessel expandierte, erhärten ließ und wieder aus dem Kessel entnahm. Der ganze Vorgang erfordert immer die Förderung der Ausgangsstoffe zu den Vakuumkesseln und nach Beendigung der Expandierung die Entleerung des Kessels und das Verbringen der fertigen Steine zum Trocken- und Stapelplatz. Im letzteren Falle entsteht dabei meist noch ein größerer Prozentsatz Bruch. Gemäß der Erfindung wird so verfahren, daß man z. In der Praxis spielt sich der Vorgang z. B. so ab, daß die Form z. B. mittels einer Rohrleitung von einer Zentralmischvorrichtung aus mit Betonbrei gefüllt wird. Die Form steht auf einer Eisenplatte, deren äußerer oberer Rand z. B. mit einer Gummiauflage zwecks besserer Dichtung versehen ist. Man läßt nun mit einem Kran eine mit einem Schauglas versehene luftdichte Glocke, die zweckmäßig nur wenig größer als die gefüllte Form ist, über diese herunter, so daß der Rand der Glocke luftdicht auf der Unterlage der Form aufsitzt. Man evakuiert nun, wartet die Erstarrung der Masse ab, läßt die Freiluft eintreten und hebt die Glocke ab, die dann an anderer Stelle in gleicher Weise verwendet werden kann. Da das Bewegen der Glocke sich leichter und einfacher vollzieht als das der zu formenden und fertigen Massen und sich dabei die eingangs erwähnten Nachteile vermeiden lassen, ist das neue Verfahren gegenüber der Verwendung von ortsfesten, zu evakuierenden Behältern erheblich wirtschaftlicher.According to the invention, the procedure is such that one z.
