Description
Aufschnittschneidemaschine Bekannt sind Aufschnittschneidemaschinen mit senkrechtem Kreismesser und hin und her gehendem Schlitten sowie parallel zu letzterem angeordneter Schwungscheibe. Bei diesen Maschinen erfolgt der Antrieb des Schlittens von der Schwungscheibe aus entweder durch Zahnrad und Zahnstange oder durch eine nach hinten geführte Kette und Schubstange. Diese Maschinen haben jedoch den Nachteil, daß sie entweder nicht einwandfrei arbeiten oder daß sie für den allgemeinen Gebrauch zu groß und zu schwer sind und somit als kleine automatische Aufschnittschneidemaschinen nicht angesprochen werden können. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufschnittschneidemaschine mit senkrechtem Kreismesser und hin und her gehendem Schlitten sowie parallel zu letzterem angeordneter Schwungscheibe und besteht darin, daß der Schlitten seinen Antrieb von der die Schwungscheibe tragenden Welle mittels einer nach unten geführten Kette, einem Doppelkettenrad und einer Schleppkette, deren Schleppbolzen in bekannter Weise in dem Längsschlitz eines am Schlitten verstellbar befestigten Mitnehmers geführt ist, erhält. Hierdurch wird nicht allein die Bedienung und die Bauart der Maschine sehr einfach und leicht, sondern sie zeichnet sich auch durch ihr geringes Gewicht bei kleinen Ausmaßen und durch ihren billigen Herstellungspreis aus. Zwar sind bereits Aufschnittschneidemaschinen bekannt, bei denen der Schlitten durch eine Kette bewegt wird, jedoch dient diese Kette als Antriebskette für das Kreismesser unter Zwischenschaltung von Zahnrädern; die Schwungscheibe bei diesen Maschinen steht im rechten Winkel zum Schlitten; der Antrieb ist zu schwer und die Belastung der Antriebskette zu groß.Slicing machine are known slicing machines with a vertical circular knife and reciprocating slide and a flywheel arranged parallel to the latter.
