Description

Method for cleaning bottles on bottle injection molding machines The The subject of the invention is a method of bottle washing on injection molding machines, that a complete utilization of the spray water both in terms of its amount as permitted by the heat supplied to it, thus a considerable saving in water as achieved with heating material. That . Procedure extends to such machines in which a special spraying off from the previous lye treatment Lye adhering to the bottles by means of the circulation of hot water after-spraying removed pure water takes place. Up to now, this was not the case with machines of this type small amount of this strongly alkaline water without prejudice to the economy of the operation flow away and removed the pre-spray water from the circulation tank the hot water after-spraying to allow water containing lye to be carried out to be avoided by pumps, pipes and nozzles because of the settling of sinter materials. This known method which ensures that the entire post-spraying is free of lye an intermediate injection is retained in the new method, but with the new measure that the strongly alkaline intermediate splash water does not flow away, but is fed directly to the pre-injection nozzles and then in a known manner Used as soft water for the bottles before or after they are pre-sprayed can be. The calcification of the waterways that occurs in this case is limited however, it can only be seen on the relatively small nozzle device of the Pre-injection, the elimination of which by means of puncturing devices or the like. In comparison to Saving water and heat is of little concern, especially because of the high Lye content a main separation of the limes already in the collecting tank of the drain he follows. The rinsing water flows through a cooling pipe on its way to the pre-injection in the hot water tank; this ensures that the in In the caustic treatment, bottles and caustic strongly preheated water its heat, which goes beyond the normal pre-spray temperature, to the post-spray water gives off and thereby a considerable saving of heating material occurs.

The drawing shows in a schematic way the work schedule of a Machine according to the procedure in Fig. I with water flowing away after the pre-spraying, in Fig. 2 with further use in the softening process.
