Description
Verfahren zur Gewinnung von Ölen aus mineralölhaltigen Erden und Schlämmen Die Erfindung betrifft eine Erweiterung des Anwendungsgebietes des Verfahrens nach Patent 485 596 zur Gewinnung von Ölen aus ölhaltigen Stoffen auf Produkte, wie Erde oder Schlamm, die mit Mineralrohöl getränkt sind und wie sie beispielsweise beim Betrieb von Ölbohrtürmen, Abbaubetrieben u. dgl. anfallen. Man hat zwar versucht, aus derartigen mineralölhaltigen Stoffen durch Emulsionierung das Öl aus dem Gestein auszuwaschen. Ein solches Verfahren läßt sich aber nur in kleinem Maßstab durchführen und ist durchaus unwirtschaftlich. Bei dem neuen Verfahren dagegen liegt der Gedanke vor, Soda im Autoklaven bei höherem Druck mit Salz als emulsionsverhinderndes Mittel auf den Mineralschlamm einwirken zu lassen, und nur durch die Einschaltung dieser Kombination und Temperatur, die der Wasserdampf bei dem angewandten höheren Druck aufweist, werden Ausbeuten erreicht, die die Anwendung des neuen Verfahrens wirtschaftlich und lohnend gestalten. Teilversuche haben ergeben, daß solche mit Mineralrohöl getränkte Erden durch das neue Verfahren von 5o v. H. bis auf 4 v. H.
