Description

Verfahren und Vorrichtung zum Nähen von Wendeschuhen, Niedertretern u. dgl. Zweck der vorliegenden Erfindung ist, bei der Herstellung von gewendeten Schuhen, Niedertretern u. dgl. Schuhwerk das Befestigen des gewendeten Schaftes an der Sohle vor dem Annähen durch Kleben, Stecken, Kordeln o. dgl. überflüssig zu machen. Lberdies soll der Arbeiter in die Lage versetzt werden, den Schaft leicht und bequem während des Nähens auf der Sohle zu halten. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß die Sohle ohne Annagelung durch bloßes Auflegen auf eine waagerecht frei beweglich unterstützte Sohlenform als Träger gelegt wird, über die dann der gewendete Schaft gestülpt wird. Während des Nähens kann der Arbeiter leicht mit der Hand die Werkstückteile und die Sohlenform umfassen und den Schaftrand an der Arbeitsstelle beidrücken. Durch den Rand des übergestülpten Schaftes und durch die Hand des Arbeiters wird die Sohle all einer Verschiebung auf der Leistenplatte verhindert. Die Sohle kann aber auch durch Festsaugen mittels Vakuums an der Platte festgehalten werden. In der Leistenplatte sind mehrere Vertiefungen vorgesehen, die zu einem Zylinder führen, in welchem mittels Trethebels ein Kolben zur Erzeugung des Vakuums bewegt werden kann. Platte und Zylinder sind vorzugsweise seitlich beweglich unterhalb der Nähwerkzeuge angebracht, so daß der ganze Schuhrand letzterem bequem dargeboten werden kann.
