Gebrauch dieser Halter mußte das Band entweder durch einen Spalt in der Naht zwischen
dem Krempenrand und dem Schweißband oder aber durch einen im Schweißband selbst
vorgesehenen Spalt, an dessen Stelle auch eine Schlaufe Verwendung finden konnte,
herausgezogen werden. Die Handhabung solcher Halter ist. zu umständlich und stellt
besondere Anforderungen an Aufmerksamkeit und Geschicklichkeit. Es ist deshalb ohne

einem flachen Haken besteht, der bei Nichtgebrauch des Huthalters über den oberen
Rand des Schweißbandes greift und dabei das Huthalterband strafft. Zum Gebrauch
des Huthalters ist es also lediglich erforderlich, den Haken von dem oberen Rand
des Schweißbandes zu lösen, damit er als Aufhängemittel Verwendung finden: kann.
Nach dem Gebrauch des Huthalters ist das Halterband nach innen gegen das Schweißband
zu führen und mit dem Haken über den oberen Rand des Schweißbandes zu stecken, wodurch
es an dem Schweißband gestrafft festliegt. Mit einem einzigen Handgriff kann also
der Huthalter in und außer Gebrauch gesetzt werden. Dabei wird noch der Vorteil
erreicht, daß das Schweißband für die Anbringung des Huthalters keiner Veränderung
bedarf und daß der Huthalter für sich verkäuflich ist, da er ohne Fachkenntnis an
