Description

Process for Making Decals The invention relates to a process for the production of such decals, in which a between a prepared paper backing and an outer layer of stored finished image Application of dry heat to textiles, leather. Rubber and the like can. The finished picture consists of a mass that is to be applied Heat does not melt, while the outer layer is adhesive under the action of heat will. As a result, when dry heat is used, for example when Put on a hot iron, the picture of the prepared paper layer detached and at the same time on the object to be decorated or stamped glued. Differs from known methods of making such decals the invention is characterized in that the image from a finished, appropriately colored The film is punched out or embossed and then attached to the prepared surface will. The attachment of the punched image on the base, e.g. B. one with a thin wax train provided paper, is expediently done in such a way that it pressed at low temperature and kept under pressure until it cools down. If the film from which the images are punched out does not have an outer layer, which becomes adhesive due to increased warming, they are attached to the base Images overprinted with a solution of a slightly adhesive resin. The one after, yours New processes produced decals have the advantage that they are very sharply outlined Images of high gloss can be obtained.
