Hollow body for reinforced concrete rib ceilings The invention relates to
a further formation of the hollow body inserts for reinforced concrete rib ceilings according to
the patent 518 9oo. In such concrete ceilings, the hollow body inserts are from
only partially clad wire frames formed, the lower, not clad
Part should roughly match the thickness of the lower concrete slab in order to fit in
to be able to penetrate them to close to their lower edge. It is also necessary
that the cladding is applied to the iron framework in such a way that the two-sided
lower edges of the cladding are at the same height. It now easily occurs
In the event that the cladding is on the iron framework before or during the laying
moves so that the lower edge of the cladding is too low on one side,
is pressed into the soft concrete mass of the lower slab or agglomerates,
while the opposite edge of the cladding is too high, so that between
him and the upper edge of the lower plate creates a gap through which the
later introduced concrete of the ribs can penetrate into the interior of the hollow body.
Betondecke gesichert. To avoid this disadvantage, the invention consists in that
the wire frame is provided with bends, notches, projections or the like,
on which the lower edges of the cladding rest, creating a non-movable
Storage of the cladding on the iron framework is effected. The hollow body will be like this
Pressed deep into the lower panel until the lower edges of the cladding are exactly
rest on the upper surface of the lower plate. Without the need for one
On the one hand, taking special care when working is simply the right position
the cladding on the iron framework, on the other hand the entire hollow body in the
Secured concrete ceiling.
gemäß den Abb. i bzw. 2.In the drawing, the invention is in two forms of the hollow body inserts
shown. Fig. I shows a cross-section of the reinforced concrete ceiling with a rectangular shape
shaped wire frame and Fig. 2 with a wire frame with curved side surfaces.
Figs. 5 and 4 are diagrammatic representations of the wire frames including cladding
according to fig. i and 2.
The reinforced concrete ceiling essentially consists of the lower plate I, the
upper plate 2 and the ribs 3 between these plates. The hollow bodies are made of
Iron wire spirals4 made, for example, over a rectangular profile
or rotated over an oval profile. A disguise lies over this iron skeleton
5 made of reeds or the like. The cladding 5 surrounds the iron framework only up to both sides
Projections 6 against which the lower edges lie, so that a shift
the cladding on the iron framework is impossible. The projections 6. are simpler
Way formed by bends of the wire spirals 4.. While the protrusions 6
and thus the lower edges of the cladding 5 at the level of the upper side of the lower ones
Plate i lies, it penetrates freely; sene part? of the iron framework entirely in the
Concrete the lower slab. The mutual distance of the. individual hollow body
is secured by iron inlays 8. It can be seen that by laying down
the cladding 5 on the wire spirals avoided an oblique position of the cladding
which makes it impossible for concrete to penetrate into the cavities.
