Description

Built-in motor with a stator core, the bearing of the motor shaft and the brush holder supporting frames are built-in motors in many ways designed that the stator core is non-magnetizable from a frame Metal is worn, which is the bearing for the motor shaft as well as the brush holder wearing. In order to achieve a good mechanical structure, the frame is expedient inside the laminated core, so that .er a short-circuited turn in that of represents the field generated by the stator winding. With a stator core of less axial dimensions are relatively small due to this short-circuit winding Causes disadvantages. However, if the stator core has a greater axial length, so the electricity heat losses caused by the frame are already greater Meaning. In order to reduce these losses, it has already been proposed that Do not form the frame completely closed, but a cut at one point to lay through its cross-section, which is bridged by intermediate layers of insulating material so that the frame is no longer a closed turn. With the known Executions is the insulating intermediate layer in the through the frame. men laid Pressed and fastened slot, which, however, reduces the mechanical strength of the Frame is reduced.

According to the invention, the insulating intermediate layer is fastened to the frame in such a way that the two ends of the frame produced by the parting line are mechanically well connected to one another through this. The frame designed according to the invention therefore has almost the same mechanical strength as a frame without a parting line. In the figure, an embodiment of the invention is shown. ii is the frame made of non-magnetizable metal such as zinc, aluminum or the like, onto which the stator core 12 is pushed. This is attached to the lugs 13 of the frame 11. The motor rotor 14 is mounted in the bearings 1,5 arranged in the frame ii; the brushes are guided in a known manner in my tube 18, which is fixed in the frame ii with an insulating sleeve 17 interposed. The frame ii is provided with a slot ig through which the short-circuit winding formed by the frame ii is interrupted. The two ends 20 and 2i of the frame ii are provided in the parting line ig iil direction perpendicular to the motor axis with bores 2z and 23, in which an insulating insert 24 is inserted, which, due to their approximately 8-shaped cross-section, the two ends 2o and 2 1 of the frame holds together mechanically. so that the mechanical strength of the frame is hardly affected in spite of the arrangement of the parting line 19.
