Description

For connecting wires or tapes used for wrapping cores for Cables with a constantly distributed inductive load are used, one used so far in general the soft or hard soldering process, or else they were strangled Ends of the wires or ribbons together. However, this resulted in connection points which had major disadvantages. When to soft soldering, for example, there was a risk that during the subsequent annealing of the braided conductor, the connection will result Melting of the solder loosened again and the wire ends to be connected to loosened over a greater distance on both sides. Apart from that, both made both soft soldering and hard soldering in the case of thin wires or strips are considerable in themselves Trouble. In particular when brazing, it is easily possible 'that the Burn wire ends at their juncture and the resulting juncture has only a low mechanical strength. The connection by Veras gag is therefore very disadvantageous that doing so the ends of the wire or tape stick out slightly from the conductor and the later paper insulation puncture, which can lead to malfunctions in the cable. In order to avoid the disadvantages of the previously common types of connection, proposed according to the invention, the two ends of the wire to be connected or Tape into a thin sleeve made of soft metal, e.g. B. iron or copper to push in and in it, similar to the notch connectors used for overhead cables is common to clamp. It is advisable to notch the sleeve over its entire length in several places, as this will result in its Flexibility is increased significantly and it attaches to the surface of the spun The wire fits snugly.

In the figures, exemplary embodiments of the invention are shown. In the Fig. Ι are 2 and 3 in a thin copper sleeve 4 introduced iron wires to be connected. Fig. 2 shows the wire ends 2 and 3 after the connection which has been made by notching the sleeve 4.
