Spulenhalter Ein guter Spulenhalter beim Spinnen von Kunstseide muß es gestatten, die rohrartigen Spinnspulen während des Laufens leicht auf-und abzuziehen. Dies gilt insbesondere beim Spinnen mit hoherAbzuggeschwindigkeit. Das Neue gegenüber den bisher bekannten Spulenhaltern besteht bei den vier Ausführungsformen darin, daß die jeweils zwischen der Spule a und dem auf der Achse b befestigten Spulenhalterkörper c notwendige Kupplung durch ein auf den Spulenhalterkörper aufgezogenes Kratzenband erfolgt. Das Kratzenband besteht aus Drähten, die den beim Spinnen vorliegenden chemischen Angriffen Widerstand leisten. Es kommt hierfür z. B. Aluminiumdraht, Phosphorbronzedraht oder rostsicherer Stahl-oder Eisendraht in Frage. Ebenso wird auch die Unterlage, in die der Draht eingezogen wird, aus widerstandsfähigem Stoff ausgewählt. Diese Unterlage kann bestehen z. B. aus Baumwollgewebe, Kunstleder, Kautschuk, Gummi oder auch dünnem Blech. Eine Vereinigung dieser Stoffe, auch das Zusammenkleben mehrerer Lagen desselben Stoffes, ist für die Unterlage des Kratzenbandes je nach Betriebsverhältnissen von Vorteil. Die Stärke des Drahtes und die Dichte richtet sich nach der erwünschten Kupplung zwischen Spule und Spulenhalter.On the drawing are in Figs.
