Description
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft die Ausbildung einer Elektrodenplatte für die Zuführung des Stromes zum stückigen Anodenmaterial bei Vorrichtungen zum Niederschlagen von Metallen, wie Nickel, Eisen und Kupfer, auf elektrolytischem Wege. Gemäß vorliegender Erfindung besteht der Leiter, der den elektrischen Strom dem Anodenmaterial zuführt, aus Platten oder Streifen(vgl. Abb. 2 und 3), die von einer mit Graphit imprägnierten Muffe oder Venkleidung w umgeben werden, mit der sie in gut leitender Verbindung stehen. Die Zuleitungen sind in das Anodenmaterial eingebettet, so daß sie durch die ganze Fläche dieses Materials den Strom führen und den nötigen Flächenkontakt mit ihm bilden. Die Verkleidung w kann aus Asbest oder Fasern oder beiden gemeinsam bestehen, die durch den elektrolytischen Prozeß nicht angegriffen wenden; sie muß so widerstandsfähig sein, daß sie der Scheuerwirkung durch das Anodenmaterial standhält, Sie wird mit Graphit imprägniert, um einen wirksamen elektrischen Kontakt zu bilden. Die Verkleidung schützt die Leiterplatte vor Auflösung.
