Die so erhaltenen Produkte eignen sich beispielsweise zur Herstellung von Lacken, Kitten, Filmen, Kunstmassen für Isolierzwecke und I'berzügen aller Art usw. Sie zeichnen sich durch große Elastizität und Widerstandsfähigkeit gegen atmosphärische und chemische Einflüsse und gegen Licht aus. Außer den Kautschukarten und den genannten Harzen aus zyklischen Ketonen können in den neuen Produkten auch noch andere Substanzen, wie natürliche oder andere künstliche Harze, Celluloseester, z. B. \itro- oder Acetylcellulosen, auch Celluloseäther und andere Cellulosederivate usw., mit oder ohne Zusatz von Gelatiniermitteln, zugegen sein. B. bei der Verwendung als Lacke usw. nicht völlig klare überzüge liefern, oder es sind Substanzen, die erst in der Mischung mit Kautschuk in Harze übergeführt werden und die nichtstabil sind, sondern sich in dem Kautschukgemisch weiterkondensieren. Die gemäß vorliegender Erfindung zu verwendenden Harze aus zyklischen Ketonen sind dagegen beständig und in den üblichen Lösungsmitteln, wie Benzol, Toluol, Zyklohexanon usw., leicht löslich. Infolge dieser günstigen Löslichkeitsverhältnisse gelingt es leicht, aus den nach dem vorliegenden Verfahren erhältlichen Produkten völlig durchsichtige Filme und Überzüge zu erzeugen, die sich durch hohe Widerstandsfähigkeit und Geschmeidigkeit auszeichnen.
