Umschichtvorrichtung für Tabletten
Zur Umschichtung von Tabletten ist be-
reits der Vorschlag gemacht worden, an ge-
neigt liegenden Platten Kanäle mit Umlen-
kung anzuschließen. Vorliegende Erfindung
unterscheidet sich vom Bekannten nun da-
durch, daß die Kanäle, als Rinnen ausgebildet,
mit der flachliegenden Einlauföffnung an die
Kante einer Ablauffläche stoßen, einseitig
offen mit Abständen nebeneinanderliegen und
bis zu den senkrecht stehenden; zweckmäßig
dicht aneinanderliegenden Auslaufenden glei-
chen Querschnitt besitzen.
Hierdurch wird der Vorteil erreicht, daß
die verpackungsfähig in bestimmter Anzahl
aneinandergereihten Tabletten unmittelbar
Hilfsmitteln. Ein besonderes Abzählen ist
nicht mehr erforderlich, und gerade durch die
Einfachheit ist eine dauernd sichere und
gleichmäßige Arbeitsleistung gewährleistet.
Eine Ausführungsform des Erfindungs-
gegenstandes ist in der Zeichnung dargestellt,
und zwar zeigen
Abb. i die Oberansicht einer Ablaufplatte
mit den anschließenden Rinnen,
Abb. a eine Seitenansicht nach Abb. i,
neigten Platte i ausgebreitet.
Deckplatte a angebracht, vorzugsweise aus
Glas, um den Lauf der Tabletten verfolgen
zu können.
An den unteren Rand der Platte i schließt
sich eine Anzahl seitlich geöffneter Rinnen 3
an. Der Abstand zwischen den Seitenwänden
voneinander ist etwas größer als die Höhe
einer Tablette, aber kleiner als die Höhe
zweier Tabletten, so daß sich die Tabletten,
auch nachdem sie in den besonderen Rinnen
geführt sind, nicht neben- oder übereinander-
schieben können. Die Rinnen sind derart an-
die Platte i angeschlossen, daß die offenen
Teile in derselben Richtung liegen (Abb. i
nach rechts), wodurch der Boden der einen
Rinne bei der Anschlußstelle der Platte i
einen Abschluß des offenen Teiles der links
liegenden Rinne bildet.
In jeder besonderen Rinne wird also
eine einheitliche Reihe von Tabletten gebildet.
Um zu verhindern, daß die Tabletten beim
Eintreten in die Rinnen einander den Zutritt
hindern, z.
4 dar-
gestellt, ist in Richtung der Zutrittsöffnungen
parallel mit der Platte i eine Stange :I mit
Stiften 5 angeordnet.
selben frei bleibt. Die Stifte befinden sich
also ungefähr senkrecht über dem Boden der
Rinnen.
ten i geneigt sind, an derselben Stelle liegen-
zubleiben.
einanderliegen. In diesem Zustande werden
sie am Austrittsende der Rinnen durch irgend-
eine Vorrichtung aufgefangen und weiterbe-
handelt.

An embodiment of the invention
object is shown in the drawing,
namely show

Setup according to Fig. Q ..
With the one shown in the drawing
Device, the tablets are
one way in a flat layer on a
inclined plate i spread out. The inclination
this plate is such that the tablets
slide off by their own weight.
To prevent the tablets from over-
cinander slide and therefore the only flat one
Layer would be destroyed is at the front
side of the plate; in a slightly larger development
distance than the thickness of the tablets, a
Cover plate a attached, preferably from
Glass to follow the progress of the tablets
to be able to.
Closes to the lower edge of the plate i
a number of laterally open channels 3
at. The distance between the side walls
from each other is slightly greater than the height
one tablet, but smaller than the height
two tablets so that the tablets
even after being in the special gutters
not side by side or on top of each other
can push. The gutters are so different
the plate i connected that the open
Parts are in the same direction (Fig. I
to the right), making the bottom of the one
Channel at the junction of the plate i
a closure of the open part of the left
lying gutter forms. The mutual development
distance of the channels is greater than the
knife of a tablet, but smaller than that
double diameter, so that not two days

formed a uniform series of tablets.
To prevent the tablets from falling

that neither the one nor the other tablet
can slide into the gutter, as in ebb. 4 dar-

parallel to the plate i a rod: I with
Pins 5 arranged. The mutual development
distance of these pins corresponds to the opposite
lateral removal of the gutters. the
Position of these pins in relation to the ring
nen is designed in such a way that access to the
same remains free. The pens are there
so roughly perpendicular to the bottom of the
Gutters. Through a going back and forth
movement of this rod causes the pins to move
in relation to the tablets because the last
because of their friction with respect to the
ten i are inclined to lie in the same place-
to stay. The movement of the rod .4 in
with respect to the disk i thus causes a
Displacement of the pins 5 with respect to the
