Description

Electrically operated three-phase current gyro, its rotor around the stator The invention relates to the storage of the stator and rotor shafts an electrically operated three-phase gyro with its rotor around the stator running around. The invention consists in the fact that with a known mounting of the rotor directly in the housing frame the latter has two cutouts in which the outer rings the ball bearings, which are inserted in a direction perpendicular to the axis of rotation, be held by means of an insertable pressure piece. This arrangement permits an easy and safe installation of the gyro in its frame and enables it, the gyro to protect the ball bearings with the inner rings of the bearings to rotate, as is already the case with electrical machines with an outer rotor is known.

According to the embodiment shown in the two figures, the fully assembled gyro consists of the rotor b, the stator i, which are both manufactured in the usual way, the stator shaft c and the two covers e and e ' with the ball bearings d and d', which are placed on the lugs f and f 'of the lid. These two approaches to the cover thus form the hollow shaft of the gyro rotor. In order to be able to install the finished gyro in the frame, it has a cutout on both sides into which an insert or pressure piece g (Fig. 2) turned concentrically to the gyro can be inserted. When the latter is removed from the frame, similar to a bearing cap, the seat of the ball bearings d and d 'becomes accessible. If the frame is opened by removing the insert or pressure pieces, the finished gyro with the ball bearings attached can be inserted into the frame, the ball bearing housings being placed in the corresponding concentric, now open recesses. By inserting the insert or pressure pieces, the frame is closed, namely by tightening the screws h and h ', the ball bearings are pressed into the now also closed concentric seat and held in the frame. It can be seen from the figures that the stator shaft c in this embodiment is not touched by the ball bearings, but rather passes freely through the hollow lugs f and f ' . It is therefore necessary to hold the stator shaft particularly firmly in the frame and to secure it against rotation and rotation. In the present case, this is achieved, for example, in that on both sides of the frame, after the stator shaft set off at the ends at na and zii, together with the gyro, is firmly seated in the frame, a tab l; is pushed over the offset ends, whereupon the bracket itself is attached to the fixed frame part with a screw L (Fig. 2). This means that the shaft and stator are firmly seated in the frame.
