Diese Vorrichtungen haben den Nachteil, daß sie keine genügende Sicherheit gegen Herausschleudern des Kolbens aus dem Füllzylinder bei geöffnetem Zylinderdeckel gewährleisten, da das unter dem Kolben befindliche Druckmittel erst dann den Kolben entlastet, wenn letzterer bereits teilweise aus dem Füllzylinder ausgetreten ist und durch diese Druckentlastung, zumal wenn Gase als Antriebsmittel verwendet werden, kein sofortiger Stillstand des Kolbens .-erzielt wird, sondern -der Kolben infolge der ihm innewohnenden lebendigen Kraft und des nicht so schnell entspannten- Treibmittels noch weiter aus -dem Füllzylinder herausschießt, wodurch leicht Unfälle herbeigeführt werden. Ferner gibt es Füllmaschinen, bei welchen ein über dem Zylinderdeckel_-angeordneter, zur Lagerung einer Druckspindel für den Deckel dienender Bügel während der Einwirkung .des Druckmittels gegen ungewolltes Öffnen von Bügel und Zylinderdeckel gesichert ist und das Druckmittel nur bei geschlossenem Zylinderdeckel und Sicherungsbügel auf den Kolben einwirken kann, während beim Öffnen des Zylinderdeckels durch Drehen eines Handrades einer im Sicherungsbügel gelagerten Schraubenspindel gleichzeitig ein Auslaßventil für das Druckmittel geöffnet wird, so daß das unter dem Kolben befindliche Druckmittel ausströmt. Der Kolben kann also nur dann bewegt werden, wenn der Sicherungsbügel und der Zylinderdeckel fest geschlossen sind.
