Description
Das Patent 429 621 hat eine Hackmaschine zum Gegenstand1, bei der der Gespannzug unmittelbar an dem um die hintere Achse ausschwingbaren Hackrahmen angreift. Dabei ist durch Höher- und Tieferlegen des Angriffspunktes der Zugkraft ein Be- und Entlasten bzw. ein Ausheben des Hackrahmens möglich. In der Praxis hat sich herausgestellt, daß Maschinen, bei denen die Gespannzugkraft unmittelbar auf den Hackrahmen wirkt, infolge der Schwankungen der Zugkraft, hervorgerufen durch den ungleichen Gang der Zugtiere, besonders in bergigem Gelände, eine ungleichmäßige Hackarbeit liefern und das Ausheben infolge der verhältnismäßig geringen Kraft der Zugtiere schwierig vonstatten geht. Da es in der Praxis von allergrößtem Wert ist, daß der Hackrahmen mit einer möglichst konstanten Belastung arbeitet und bei vollständigem Nachlassen der Zugkraft der Tiere, z. B. beim Bergabhacken, noch mit einer gewissen Belastung mit seinen Messern im Boden gehalten wird, wird gemäß der Erfindung die Zugstange« (Abb. 1) mit einer Feder α versehen und derart im Punkte b gegen das Hackmaschinengestell abgestützt, daß durch die Zugfeder α auch bei fehlendem Gespannzug ein gewisser Zug auf den Hackrahmen / ausgeübt wird. Beim Anziehen der Zugtiere wird also in dem Abstützungspunkt b sich die Zugstange η vom Gestell abheben.
