Description

Process for the production of coatings from emulsions So far it has been applying one in water emulsified paint on objects of the general common use brought about by that the object to be treated in the some paint has been immersed or that the eniulsified paint parts are electrically were beaten. These procedures were necessary manoeuvrable, since the usual type of call chens with the brush when emulsified in water Due to its thinness, the paint does not penetrate is feasible. It is known to be oil and emulsified in water Resin compounds, such as paints, means precipitate an electrolyte; not known it was, however, using an electrolyte precipitated paint on objects in opposition waiting for the electrolyte to precipitate. He- cleverly, a particularly firmly adhering L "berzuin (-itifaclier way thereby her @ c.-t @ # llt, that the surface of the zll treated (;, # gen- It was first covered with an old electrolyte. drew the water-length varnish on it, worn and this by the electrolyte on the surface of the object; low- is hit. llan can e.g. K den (legE, ti- stood in (# 111e aqueous solution of alkali salts, such as sodium or haliumhy (iro @ yd. dive, with an il - to 2 percent (Lö- solution is sufficient. 1) he becomes an object now dried and the alkali remains on it as a thin coating. It is then dipped into the lacquer emulsion, which is deposited on the alkali coating and covers the surface of the object with a firmly adhering coating. It is also possible to use electrolytes other than those mentioned above, e.g. B. sodium chloride, but the alkali is to be given preference.

The main advantages of the process are cheapness. and its extensive application possibilities.
