Abstract
The method involves transforming inert gas from liquid state to the gaseous state in an evaporation device. A part of the liquid inert gas is made to pass through a heat exchanger (15), in which a heated coolant enters, where evaporation of the inert gas extracts heat from the coolant. A refrigerator (17) is used for cooling a cooling agent, where a refrigerant cycle of the refrigerator is coupled with cooling capacity of the evaporating inert gas over the heat exchanger. An independent claim is also included for a device for radiation curing of coatings on components.
