Abstract
The straightening machine has a receiving device for the elongated workpiece (1) and a set of straightening tools comprising at least two straightening cylinders (20) each with straightening rams which are mounted in the same location in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the workpiece. A control or regulating device is provided for actuating the cylinders which can be actuated in dependence on one another or independently of one another. At least two straightening systems, comprising straightening cylinders with straightening rams and straightening tools can be provided off-set in the longitudinal direction of the workpiece.
