The arrangement is particularly advantageous in line networks that are equipped with selective protection. According to the invention, when switching off, the individual switches each control a differently set time relay, which, via a common control line and a switch arranged in the station, expediently designed as a rotary selector, which, depending on the time, switches the common control line to different display devices related to the switched off switch associated display device feeds. It is advantageous to arrange two pairs of control contacts on each switch, with a common display device in the power plant responding after the switch is switched off and one pair of control contacts is bridged, while the second pair of control contacts is used to control the excitation of the timing relay associated with each switch. The common display device expediently consists of a signal lamp in the station, which then lights up as soon as a switch has switched off and lights up until the switch is inserted again or the lamp circuit is interrupted in another way. In order to recognize with this arrangement which switches are switched off even when several switches are switched off, it is advisable that the timing relays do not start immediately after the switch has been switched off, but rather a test switch is advantageously attached to the monitoring point The timing relay and the changeover switch located in the station are initiated. The changeover switch is advantageously connected to a timer, dqß it evenly after switching on the test switch, z. B. seconds, switches from one display device to another. The arrangement is such that the changeover switch in the station always places the display device of the relevant switch on the common bus line when the time relay associated with this switch has expired. It is of course also possible in and of itself to avoid the test switch in the station and to control the changeover switch located in the station via the timer as a function of the switching off of the switch in question. With this arrangement, however, the disadvantage would arise that if a switch were to fall out at a later date, an incorrect display device would be made to respond. For this reason, the test switch is provided in the station in order to only set the entire test device in motion when it can be assumed that the line network has calmed down again after the fault. In order to always receive a correct message from the display device when switching off several switches, one must. ensure that after the display device of a switch has responded, the feed to the bus line is interrupted again via the timing relay of the switch concerned. For this purpose, according to the invention, an auxiliary relay is arranged between the timing relay and the bus, which responds when the timing relay is triggered, whereby the excitation of the timing relay is interrupted, so that the timing relay returns to its rest position after contact has been made, which also causes the auxiliary relay to be excited again is interrupted. Therefore, in order to avoid that the time relay is re-energized by the auxiliary relay returning to its rest position, the auxiliary relay is provided with a lock according to the invention, through which no response in the claim is held until after termination the entire test process is lifted again by the guard or automatically. If the test to determine that the switch is switched off is not carried out until after the malfunction time, ie not until then. When the network has calmed down, a blocking device for the other switches is of course no longer necessary. If, however, a switch falls during the test, this will result in a false indication, but this can be accepted as the probability is very low. Instead of the timer for the electrical control of the changeover switch, a mechanical clockwork can also be used, which is set in motion by the test switch and is mechanically coupled directly to the changeover switch. The drawing shows an embodiment of the invention. i, 2, 3 are the power switches, the switching off of which is to be displayed on the station by the corresponding display devices 4i, 42, 43. @ T-power switch i controls contacts 4, 5 and 6, 7, power switch 2 controls contacts 8, 9 ttnd io, ii and power switch 3 controls contacts 12, 13 and 14, 15. On contacts 5, 9, 13, the control line 16 is connected, which is connected in the station via the display device 17 to one pole of the control battery 18. The contacts 4, 8, 12 are connected via a further control line i9 to the other pole of the control battery 18. One pole of a timing relay 22, 23, 24 is connected to the contacts 7, 11, 15, and the other pole is connected to the feed line i9 lies. One control contact of each timing relay 22, 23, 24 is on a further control line 2o, while the other control contact of each timing relay is connected to one pole of the trip coil of an auxiliary relay 25, 26, 27, the other pole of which is on a further common control line 28 , which is in the station with one pole of the display devices 41, 42, 43 in connection. The control contacts of the auxiliary relays 25 or 26 or 27 are on the one hand on the control line 2o and on the other hand on the contacts 6 or io or 14 of the power switch associated with each auxiliary relay. The other poles of the display devices 41, 42, 43 are connected to the fixed contacts of the rotary selector 29, which is connected via the switch 32 to one pole of the battery i 8 and its drive coil 30 via a timer 31 and the test switch 32 from the Control battery i8 is fed. Each auxiliary relay has a blocking 251 or 261 or 271.
The mode of operation of the arrangement is as follows: In normal operations
all switches and relays are located in the one shown in the drawing
Location. Now falls z. B. the switch 2 out, the contacts 8, 9 and io,
ii bridged. The consequence of this is that the display device 17 in the station
responds, whereby the switchman recognizes that a switch has fallen out.
To avoid further switches falling out during the test,
the switch attendant expediently waits before switching on the test switch 32
a few minutes before he can accept; that this @; etz again after the disturbance
has calmed down. Then he switches on the test switch 32, whereby the rotary selector 29
at regular time intervals controlled by the timer 31 beyond its fixed
Contacts are made. When the test switch 32 is switched on, the
relevant timing relay 23 via its auxiliary relay 26 and the control contacts io, i
i fed so that. it starts up. The rotation speed of the rotary selector
29. and the connection of the display device 42 to the fixed contact in question
now chosen so that after the timing relay 23, the rotary selector 29 is just with this
Fixed contact, to which the display device 42 is connected, makes contact.
If the timing relay 23 responds now, a current is passed through the auxiliary relay
26 sent by the display device 42, which thereby indicates that the switch
2 is off. At the same time the auxiliary relay 26 responds, whereby
the
Feed line to the timing relay 23 is interrupted, so that in its rest position
returns. The bridging of the control contacts of the auxiliary relay 26 is through a
Blocking 261 held in the new position, so that the control contacts of the timing relay
23 remain interrupted throughout the rest of the test period. This arrangement is
taken in the event that in addition to the switch 2, other switches such. B. the
Switch 3, are switched off, otherwise as a result of the continuous supply of the
common control line 28 via the timing relay 23 false displays would occur.
After the guard has checked all the switches in this way, it will be after
When the rotary selector returns to its starting point, the test equipment is switched off again
