Abladevorrichtung Zum Abladen von Lasten, insbesondere von Fahrzeugen,
sind bereits Vorrichtungen in Vorschlag gebracht, bei welchen das Abladen der Last
mittels einer schwenkbaren, mit einem Steuerzylinder verbundenen Klappe erfolgt.
Die Erfindung betrifft eine derartig gesteuerte Abladevorrichtung und hat eine Anordnung
zum Gegenstand, welcher der Gedanke zugrunde liegt, durch das Gewicht der abzusenkenden
Last ein Arbeitsvermögen aufzuspeichern, das nach erfolgter Abladung den Lastträger
beschleunigt in seine Ausgangslage zurückzuführen vermag. Zu diesem Behufe ist erfindungsgemaß.
der Steuerzylinder als vereinigte Öl- und Federbremse ausgebildet, wobei die durch
das Ladegewicht beim Senken der Last entsprechend der Olbremseinstellung sich langsam
spannende Feder den während der Senkbewegung die Last stützenden Träger beschleunigt
in die Ausgangsstellung zurückführt. Eine besondere Ausbildung des Steuerzylinders
sowie der Verbindung zwischen Steuerzylinder und schwenkbarem Lastträger trägt zur
weiteren Vervollkommnung dieser Abladevorrichtung bei, welche auf der Zeichnung
in Verbindung mit einem Lastkraftwagen zur Darstellung gebracht ist. Es zeigt Abb.

Abb.3 zeigt in größerem Maßstabe einen Schnitt durch den Bremszylinder. Bei dem
dargestellten Ausführungsbeispüel ist die um die Achse a schwenkbare Wagenklappe
b mit einer umlegbaren Stützklappe e sowie mit Ösen d versehen, an welchen die die
Wagenklappe mit der oder den Bremsvorrichtungen e verbindenden Seilei befestigt
werden. Die Seile sind über Rolleng geführt und in ihren Längen so bemessen, daß
sie bei in Höhe des Wagenbodens liegender Klappe die Bremse in Bereitschaftsstellung
ziehen. Wird nun die abzuladende Last auf die Wagenklappe b geschoben oder gerollt,
so hat diese das Bestreben, sich zu senken, soweit sie hieran nicht durch die Bremseinrichtung
gehindert ist. Diese kann beispielsweise als Ölbremse, wie aus Abb.3 ersichtlich,
ausgebildet sein, wobei in dem Bremszylinder k ein unter dem Druck einer Feder i
stehender Bremskolben k angeordnet ist, dessen Boden als verstellbare Ventilscheibe
L eingerichtet ist. Die Verstellung dieser Scheibe erfolgt mittels der in der hohlen
Kolbenstangem angeordneten Ventilstangen, welche durch Handrad o in bezug auf die
Kolbenstange einstellbar ist und durch ihre Einstellung den Durchgangsquerschnitt
zwischen Kolben und Scheibe und damit die Bremswirkung regelt. Ist diese so eingestellt,
daß bei Anlage der Last gegen die Stützklappe c das auf die Klappe b, wirkende Lastmoment
das von der Bremse ausgeübte Tragmoment überwiegt, so fängt die Klappe an, sich
zu senken. Die Öse d beschreibt hierbei
einen Kreisbogen um die
Achsre a, während das Seil f sich mach einem Kreisbogen um die Rolle g bewegt. Das
Seil f und damit der mit diesem verbundene Bremskolben k wird infolgedessen angezogen.
Die Größe und der Verlauf dieses Anzuges wird durch die in Abb. i schraffiert dargestellte
Fläche p veranschaulicht. Hieraus ist ersichtlich, daß zur Steuerung der Lastenbewegung
für eine Abladehöhe x nur ein Gesamtbremsweg x' benötigt wird, und daß man in der
Lage ist, durch Wahl der Abmessungena-d und a-g Bremshub und Bremsverlauf verschiedenartig
zu gestalten, wobei die Größe der Bremskraft in an sich bekannter Weise durch Einstellung
der Ventilscheibe L geregelt werden kann. Handelt .es sich beispielsweise darum,
von einem Lastkraftwagen Fässer von einem bestimmten Gewicht abzuladen, und stellt
man mittels des Handrades o den Durchgangsquerschnitt zwischen Kolben und Ventilscheibe
so ein, daß bei Anlage des Fasses gegen die Stützklappe c das von der Last auf die
Klappe b ausgeübte Drehmoment nur geringfügig größer ist als das an dem Seil. f
wirkende Widerstandsmoment der Bremsre, so senkt sich die Klappe b langsam abwärtsv
bis sie die in Abb. 2 dargestellte Stellung erreicht, in welcher das Faß= leicht
