in beschränktem Maße erfolgt.
Mechanical coke loading shovel and small coke collecting container for level
and inclined coke places The one pressed on level coke places, deleted by hand
Coke is almost universally loaded into the coke by means of a mechanical coke loading system
to be loaded transport container transported. To separate small coke and ash, is
the coke mostly before loading, the shovel over mechanically driven
Rolled sieves passed, the small coke collected in a container arranged below
and fed from here to the coke, crushing and screening plant. The aforesaid screening device
with a small coke container, it was also hung directly on the trolley for the shovel,
that the shoveled coke was lifted up with the shovel and immediately hit
downstream roller screen can be abandoned. This type of screening has the
Advantage that at any point of the coke site in the area along the
Oven battery of the driving crane car load coarse coke and small coke with the collector
can be brought to the crushers or the small coke sieve. Disadvantageous with
This arrangement is, however, that the stationary arranged between the shovel handles
Roller grate with small coke container is difficult to attach and when shoveling
hinders filling of the bucket. If the bucket is well filled, the coke will be
pushed too much on top of each other and crushed because the small coke container is the shovel
locked at right angles in the back. The friction of the coke as the bucket is lifted
along the back wall of the container causes abrasion. The one on the side outside the small coke container
arranged shovel handles require that the shovel contracted to the rear
must be to achieve a task on the narrower intermediate roller grate.
The attachment of the shovel handles and the contraction of the shovel result in lateral
Protrusions that make it difficult to push the shovel under the coke pile.
The shovel contracted to the rear in the feed direction also has the
The major disadvantage is that the coke that is lifted mostly hits the roller grate in one fell swoop
slips off and then covers the grate, causing a sieving of the coke only
to a limited extent. In order to eliminate the above disadvantages is above all
a smooth scoop shape on all sides is required, and the application. of
Coke on the roller grate must be made in such a way that it is spared as much as possible
and spilling over the roller screen is prevented. With the subject of the invention
is that job
very simple, solved that a trough-shaped
Small coke container with overlying roller rest around one on the handles of the trolley
The axis of rotation displaced above the bottom of the coke site is arranged to be pivotable, whereof
after: one side in extension of the roller grate .the loading shovel and after
on the other opposite side the loading chute in width: of the container
or the roller screen are attached. In this way, the loading shovel, roller screen,
Small coke container and loading chute combined into one whole and it is possible to
the overall construction to: move the axis of rotation up and down in a circular arc, see above
that the loading shovel for receiving coke on .den coke place, lowered and for
Release of the coke that has been taken up can be lifted onto the roller screen. Through this,
: that the roller screen and the small coke container are rigidly connected to the shovel and
are to be moved up and down together, the cumbersome shovel handles come in
Elimination. Furthermore, it is no longer necessary to contract the same in the back,
because in extension of the shovel bottom! the roller screen is connected across the width of the shovel
is. The combination of the shovel with the roller screen and the coke container results
straight end walls on both sides, so that completely smooth transitions everywhere
are created for the coke passage. The latter is for easy pushing
the shovel under the coke pile and an even task on the roller screen
of the greatest advantage.

und Verladerutsche i i liegende Rollensieb 9 überbrückt den Kleinkoksbehälterio
(Abb.2) in seiner jeweiligen Lage verbleibt.
lagernden Kokshaufen 27 gesenkt (Abb. i und 2).
For the upward and downward movement of the overall construction about: the pivot axis 6, the shovel 8 is suspended on both sides in cables 13 which lead upwards to a winch of the trolley. The rollers 14, i.e. the roller screen 9, are driven on two sides by interlocking spur gears a5 (Fig are brought into connection with a common drive shaft 17. The countershaft 17 is set in motion by a motor i8 with the interposition of a gear train i9. The shovel 8, the roller screen 9,: the loading chute ii and the small coke container io are limited and closed on both sides by common, straight end walls 2o (Fig. Q.). The roller screen rods 1q are in the walls 2o. for easy installation and removal with roller-like designed plug-in bearings in "longitudinal sections of the end walls 2o open to the blade side. The outer diameters of the plug-in bearings are dimensioned so that they result in the axial spacing of the spur gears or the spacing of the roller screen rods 1q to the longitudinal slots of the end walls 2o are each time between the bearing supports inserted through connecting screws from top to bottom, which hold the upper and lower parts of the end walls 2o together and secure the bearing bodies against rotation and lateral displacement bridges the small coke container and lies as much above the pivot axis 6 as is necessary for the axial spacing of the drive wheels 1 5. The inclination of the roller screen to the shovel bottom 23 is chosen so that in the receiving position of the shovel (Fig.2) the coke without great resistance can reach the grate, w While in the screen position (Fig. 3) there is a sufficiently large slip angle of the shovel 8 and a correct inclination of the roller screen 9 for the removal of the coke. The longitudinal walls 21 and 22 of the small coke container ro are inclined and arranged in such a way that: the falling small coke fills the container evenly in the sieving position (Fig. 3), and the existing small coke: old in the receiving position of the shovel (Fig. 2) in remains in its respective location. The bottom of the small coke container io is designed as a segregation pusher 25 for draining the small coke. The position of the pivot point 6 and the weight distribution of the overall construction is chosen so that a little extra weight falls on the shovel side in order to achieve an automatic lowering of the shovel onto the biscuit area when the cables are lowered, and in the receiving position (gbb. 2) the shovel cutting edge the coke area bottom just brushes under the coke pile to push it under. Instead of the mechanically driven roller screen, a fixed bar grate can also be arranged over your small coke container. Mode of operation By lowering the cables 13, the shovel is lowered about the axis 6 in front of the coke pile 27 stored on the coke site (Figs. I and 2). The trolley: 2 is then moved forward and the shovel 8 is pressed under the stored coke pile for the purpose of filling, brushing the cutting edge over the bottom of the coke site. When the filling is complete, the winch is set in motion: the cables to roll up the cables and the entire construction is lifted around the pivot axis 6 until the coke that has been picked up automatically slips onto the roller screen (Fig. 3). At the same time, the trolley is moved backwards over the loading track, so that the loading chute ii is above the transport container to be loaded. At the same moment, the motor 18 for driving the roller grate 9 is set in action and the rollers 14 are rotated in the transport and loading direction. The coke picked up is thereby transported out of the shovel 8 over the roller screen 9 and slides through the loading chute ii into the transport vessel. The small coke that is sieved through here falls into the collecting container io, and the process is repeated until the small coke container is filled. If the small coke container is to be emptied, the entire loading is moved over the emptying point of the crushing or screening plant and the shovel construction is brought into position in Fig. 3. The B-3-denier valve 25 of the small coke container is then opened and the small coke container empties. The slide 25 closes automatically by its own weight, and the loading process can then be repeated, as said at the beginning. If coarse coke is to be processed into crushed coke, the shovel load is driven directly to the emptying point for small coke, where it is transported away in the same way as when it was loaded into the transport container. The advantage achieved by the combination of a shovel, small coke container, roller screen and loading chute is the simplification of the overall construction, shortening of loading time and increasing loading capacity.
