Claims (2)

VICTOR COMPANY OF JAPAN, LTD. lEP-69 252 Patentansprüche:
1. Treiberschaltung zum Ansteuern einer Horizontal-Ausgangsschaltung, die einen Transistor zum Ausführen von AN-AUS-Schaltvorgängen aufweist, wobei der Transistor eine Speicherzeit, eine Ausschaltdauer und eine Einschaltdauer hat, mit:
einer Reaktanz, die zwischen einen Emitter und eine Basis des Transistors geschaltet ist,
einer Leistungsquelle, um einen umgekehrten Basisstrom in dem Transistor hervorzurufen, und
Schaltmittel, die zwischen die Basis des Transistors und die Leistungsquelle geschaltet sind;
wobei die Schaltmittel die EIN-AUS-Schaltvorgänge des Transistors in einer solchen Weise bewirken, daß während der Speicherzeit und der Ausschaltdauer des Transistors die Schaltmittel leitend, und während der Einschaltdauer des Transistors, von der die Speicherzeit ausgenommen ist, nicht leitend werden.
2. Treiberschaltung nach Anspruch 1, bei dem die Reaktanz eine Induktivität ist, und die Schaltmittel einen Anschluß zum Aufnehmen eines Treibereingangssignals und ein Halbleiterschaltelement aufweisen, das durch das Treibereingangssignal gesteuert ist.
