seitlich auszuweichen.Shaking device, especially for the electrodes electrical
Gas purifier The electrodes of electrical gas purification systems have to be used from time to time
Time to be shaken to get rid of the dust attached to them.
The previously known shaking devices very often have the disadvantage that the
the driving force from outside on the part causing the shock, e.g.
B. a shaking hammer, transmitting means, such as camshafts, inside
the chamber stored and therefore these bearings and just like the friction surfaces of the
Cams subject to very rapid wear as a result of the action of dust
are. It has also been proposed shaking devices in which by a
reciprocating rod a two-armed lever, one arm at the end with a
Weight is provided, lifted and dropped again, with the falling
Weight hits the electrode and shakes it. These vibrating devices
however, have the disadvantage that the shaking lever only goes as fast as that
and moving rod can move, so that only a relatively weak
Concussion is achieved because the shaking weight is not free on the one to be shaken
Electrode can fall. The invention now shows such a shaking device,
in which this disadvantage is eliminated. According to the invention is now with a shaking device
a lever provided with a weight at its end by a reciprocating lever
Control body raised and dropped again. The control body is after
Kind of a pawl with a hook-like projection, which is when moving outwards
z. B. by virtue of the weight of the control body or by spring action on one
Projection of the shaker weight lever to be lifted hooked and just before the end
the outward movement releases the shaking weight lever and thus the shaking weight.
The shaking weight then falls with all the force gained by the free fall
on the electrode and shakes it very vigorously. Such an arrangement
is very simple in construction, so that dirt or jamming is impossible.
A design in which the pawl-like movement is particularly favorable
Object is guided between guide posts. It is achieved in that the
Device works completely safely because the control body is prevented from
to evade sideways.
i angehoben.
Weise. In the figure, an embodiment of the invention is shown.

is provided at its end with a protrusion into which -the moved up and down
The pawl 6 hooks into a projection 7 seated on it when going down. The handle
6 is guided between the two supports 8 and 9 and has on the hook-like
Opposite side lead an excess weight so that it can hold itself on by itself

-Lever arm 5 and thus also the lever arm 2 with the vibration weight attached to it

the tip of the lever arm 5 from the hook-like projection 7 of the pawl, and
the double-armed lever with the shock weight i attached to it falls down.
During the next upward movement of the pawl 6, the process is repeated in the same
Way.
