Description
Drehkolbenverdichter mit sichelförmigem Arbeitsraum und radial verschiebbaren Kolben Das Hauptpatent betrifft einen Verdichter mit sichelförmigem Arbeitsraum und radial verschiebbaren Kolben, bei welchem die Abdichtung des Zylinderraumes an beiden Stirnseiten durch elastisch angepreßte Deckel, scheiben erfolgt, die durch auf der Kolbentrommelwelle angeordnete und durch Federn belastete Druckscheiben in Drehung versetzt werden, und von denen jede :einen in Endaussparungen des Zylinders gelagerten, zur Aufnahme der Fliehkräfte der Kolben nienendeai Stützring trägt. Gemäß der Erfindung soll nun diese Bauart =in einer vornehmlich für kleinere Verdichter geeigneten Weise vereinfacht werden, indem nämlich die Abdichtung des Zylinders nur an einer Seite durch eine elastisch angepreßte und umlaufende Deckelscheibe erfolgt, welche den einzigen axial verschiebbar gelagerten Stützring des Zylinders antreibt, während auf der anderen Zylinderseite eine starr mit der Kolbentrommel verbundene Deckelscheibe gegen die Zylinderstirnwand unmittelbar abdichtet. Im Gegensatz- zu den bekannten Einrichtungen wird also hier nur ein einziger Stützring benutzt, der in gleicher Weise wie beim Hauptpatent durch Federn gegen sein Spurlager dichtend angepreßt wird und gemäß der Erfindung so bemessen werden soll, daß seine Breite mindestens der halben Zylinderlänge entspricht. Ein solcher Stützring ist insbesondere bei kleineren Maschinen in der Lage, die Fliehkräfte der Kolben in der gleichen Weise aufzunehmen, wie dies sonst durch die beiden in den Endaussparungen des Zylinders angeordneten Stützringe geschieht.
