Description
Warp knitting machine for reinforcing a fleece with a knitted fabric It is already known that a fleece can be used while maintaining its coherence Pierced with needles on a rustling machine and forming circular stitches is reinforced. The product has a uniform surface and tolerates also a strong roughening. Reinforced nonwovens can be used as linings for clothing be used. The use of the stitch needles has the disadvantage that the Mesh needles do not and do not work absolutely reliably in the formation of loops rarely break.
According to the invention, there is now a departure from stitch needles and on the arrangement of latch needles known from Raschel machines together with special designed hollow needles that are perpendicular to the direction of movement of the latch needles pierce the fleece, which is parallel to the latch needles, i.e. perpendicular to the hollow needles, is stretched and moved gradually.
The invention is shown schematically in the drawing Embodiment explained. Figs. 1, 2 and 3 show the most important components of the warp knitting machine in front view, in plan view and in a vertical section. Fig. 4 shows a latch needle and Fig. 5 shows the hollow needles on an enlarged scale. The Fig.6 to ii -show the interaction of the tongue and the hollow needles in the Knitting.
The fleece shown by a dot-dash line i in Fig. 3 is guided vertically through the machine and runs in the usual way from a roll to a goods tree. The movement of the fleece is in accordance with the stitch formation step by step in front of you.
B. von Spulen her. In front of the fleece i, the bar 2 (see also Figs. I and 2) is perpendicular out, which carries the latch needles 3. The pulling needles (Fig.4) are well known Way at the end with a hook .4 and wear between two cheeks 5 a spoon-like tongue 6 which can be pivoted about a horizontal axis 7. When the tongue 6 is swung all the way up, it closes the mouth of the hook d .. Behind the Fleece i, a carrier 8 is guided horizontally in guides 9. The carrier 8 serves one Slide 1? as a guide, which in the horizontal transverse direction on the carrier 8 out and can be pushed here. The bar is attached to the slide 12, which hollow needles made from tubes -i carries. The hollow needles i i (Fig. 5) point a horizontal arcuate curvature 13 behind the tip. From their cavity leads to the end of the arcuate curvature 13 which is closest to the tip Hole 14 into the open. A thread 15 is passed through each hollow needle from behind pulled through, which enters the open air through hole 14. The threads 15 come z. B. from coils. In front of the fleece i, a bar 16 is arranged, which is attached to a transversely displaceable carrier 24 is attached and carries prongs 18, which are at the same intervals as the hollow needles i i, but are arranged offset from this. The tine comb 18 is used for support of the fleece when it is pierced by the preceding hollow needles i i.
The carrier 8 of the hollow needle bar io is in the guides g by any Drive device pushed back and forth horizontally. In the process it goes whole sheet 13 of the needles i i through the fleece. So that the fleece through the arcuate curvature 13 of the needles i i is not destroyed, the bar is io during of the stitch stroke of the needles i i pushed back and forth in the transverse direction as it corresponds to the curvature 13. The fleece is therefore only pierced purely, not but torn by the crooked needles. The transverse displacement maintains the bar io by a guide ig (Fig. i and 2) which is attached to an arm 2o of the by a spring 21 loaded slide 12 acts. When the carrier 8 is moved forward, the role is running of the arm 2o over the curved guide ig, whereby with the cooperation of the spring 2i the transverse movement of the needle i i is effected in accordance with its curvature 13.
The tine comb i 8 must also, since it is not in the same plane like the fleece, corresponding to the curvature of the needles i i in the transverse direction and be moved here. This is done by means of a guide 22, which is on the pin 23 of the slide 2: 4 acts, which is movable on the carrier 17 in the transverse direction is. The engagement of the pin 23 with the guide 22 is maintained by a spring 25. The guide 22 is attached to an arm 26 which is in register with the carrier 8 is moved back and forth.
Beim darauffolgenden Abwärtsgang der Zungennadel 3 (Abb. 7) geht die Hohlnadel i i zurück. If the needles i i have pierced the fleece as they advance, so the piece of thread 15 coming out of hole 14 of each needle is because its rear end is retained by the fleece, after a tendon over the Bow 13 of the needle i i is stretched, as shown on a needle in Figure 5. In the space between this tendon and the bow 13 of the needle i i now occurs Latch needle 3 from below (Fig. 6). During the subsequent downward movement of the latch needle 3 (Fig. 7) the hollow needle i i goes back. The hook of the tongue needle13 detects this Piece of thread that previously formed the tendon and pulls it as it retreats the needle i i and, with further downward travel, the needle 3 in the form of a loop 28 (Fig. 8) downwards. With the next forward gear of the hollow needle bar, this will be reversed shifted a needle pitch in the transverse direction, so that after this forward gear the latch needle 3 considered earlier does not have the same hollow needle i i as before, but comes to interact with the adjacent hollow needle i i '. This cross adjustment the barre io is generated by a guide g, which is connected to the guide ig on a common vertically displaceable carrier 27 is attached (Fig. i and 2). If the carrier 7 is adjusted upwards, what happens after every second fall of the carrier 8 happens, the guide 26 is brought into the path of the role of the arm 2o. The difference in height between the guides ig and 29 is a needle pitch, so that the Slide 12 at every second forward gear of the carrier 8, before piercing of the hollow needles i i into the fleece, shifted one needle pitch to the left or right will. So when the latch needle 3 (Fig. G) is moved upwards again, it engages they in the arcs of curvature 13 of a needle i i ', that of the needle i i, which was mentioned earlier was considered (Figs. 6 to 8), is adjacent. If the latch needle 3 goes then. while the needle i i 'moves back at the same time, downwards, so the hook 9 grasps the Needle 3, the suture tendon of the hollow needle i i ', while at the same time the loop 28 the tongue 6 of the needle 3 folds up (Fig. io). With the further decline of the latch needle 3 and when the needle i i 'is withdrawn, the loop 28 is pulled over the by the tongue 6 closed hooks of the needle 3 knocked off, so a loop is formed. At the next forward gear of the hollow needle bar io this is set back so that the Latch needle 3 then cooperates again with the hollow needle i i. In this way becomes the fleece, which is moved forward by one, viscous piece after each stitch formation is interspersed with a knitted fabric, through which it is reinforced in the desired way will. Of course, this knitted fabric can be changed by the Allows transverse movements of the hollow needle bar to be carried out differently after each stitch formation, as it has been described here; this only depends on the choice of guides ig and 29 from.
Compared to the machine described above, the warp knitting machine according to the invention the advantage that the latch needles used here are absolutely work reliably and also the laying of the thread generated by the hollow needles proceed so safely that interference is not to be feared. the Efficiency of the chair is also much larger than that of the machine mentioned at the beginning.
