Flexible route extension with grooved concrete blocks The invention
relates to a flexible route extension made of concrete blocks, which are used to accommodate
are grooved from Ottetschholzern or the like.
n bekannt. When upgrading this type of route, single-layer Ouetsch wood is used
n known.
The novelty of the route expansion according to the invention is that
the bearing surfaces of the stones are grooved to accommodate several pieces of wood
and that these Ouetsch woods overlap each other in their butt joints.

and intermediate layers on a larger scale.
To produce a route expansion according to the invention, the
Concrete blocks in their bearing surfaces a, as shown in Fig. 4.
that the intermediate layers b (see Fig. i to a) can be accommodated. These liners
should be made of flexible materials like Holzo. like. in., exist and are laid in such a way,
that the joints overlap each other, as shown in Fig. 2 and 3. Through this
an association is formed through which the wall, vault or the like. A solid and
show closed structure, whereby the individual pressures occurring in mining on
a long line of stones and sandwich liners are transferred. These
Intermediate layers, through which the flexibility is guaranteed, can be made up of several
Individual pieces or details exist, with the mutual impact for the purpose of production
of an association must be observed. Depending on the location and type of mountain pressure, the
Squeezes etc. to be measured in terms of their strength, length and number of pieces and in association
relocate. In the case of high rock pressure, each bed joint is given a layer of squashes.
On the other hand, a layer of such pieces of wood can also be skipped over with lighter pressure
instead of flexible materials with a concrete block c or less solid body,
as shown in Fig. 4. Thus is the height and number of the stones
And also that of the woods, etc., to adapt to the pressure of the mountains. The stones will
if possible built up in association, d. H. the joints of one row jump against one another
the joints of the following row. The shape of the route extension can be any straight
or curved surfaces, as well as circular, through which the lower
Part of the expansion comes to lie in the sole. When the expansion of the route is less
is exposed to high pressure, but every joint with less resilient material, such as wood,
is to be designed, this is done by an artificial building material with also less
Compliance achieved. This substance can also be used on particularly damp construction sites
Can be used as protection against rot. The closing of the route expansion in
The apex is made alternately by individual fitting stones to hold the arch and through
Crushing concrete in @ short pieces, making the arch completely closed
