dabei wesentlich vom Boden erhebt.
Drive for devices for moving goods The invention relates to a drive for conveyor chutes, shaking tasks and the like, in which the shaking device is set in shaking motion by a drive element of a stationary mechanical drive or a mechanical drive attached to the shaking device. The vibrating device can be mounted on springy inclined supports or can also be suspended so that it can swing. The invention consists in that a plunger which works independently of the shaking device and is not permanently connected to it and moved by the drive executes a large number of small strokes in the unit of time, which are transmitted to the shaking device and cause a large number of vibrations of the same. The drive that moves the plunger is expediently designed according to the invention in such a way that the plunger protrudes into a drive housing that is closed on all sides, in which rolling elements (balls or rollers) are loosely arranged in a circle around the drive shaft, which are carried along by the drive shaft as it rotates and strike against the plunger protruding into the circular path of the rolling elements. The number of strokes of the plunger depends on the number of rolling elements and the number of revolutions of the drive shaft in the unit of time. As tests have confirmed, flows in a moving by a drive according to the invention, with a high number of vibrations, z. B. 3000 strokes of the plunger per minute, working shaker the goods to be conveyed in a steadily moving stream across the bottom of the device, without. The drive can be designed so that the mass action of the shaking device is not transferred to the drive shaft, which is thus relieved. As a result of the high number of vibrations of the shaking device to be achieved by the drive, which depends on the number of rolling elements and the number of revolutions of the drive shaft, high performance is achieved with little power requirement. The drive is also simple in design, inexpensive to manufacture, has little wear and tear and maintenance costs due to the rolling friction between the drive parts, and has a smooth gear. The latter circumstance makes it possible to set up the shaking device on a light scaffolding at a great height.
dargestellt.Several embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing
shown.
For example, Fig. Z shows the drive on an inclined supports
supported conveyor chute in side view with section through the drive.
Fig. Z shows a vertical section through the channel and drive housing.
in Seitenansicht.
der Rinne i.
Fig. 3 shows another type of drive for the shaking device

The conveyor trough i rests on the support springs 2,
which are arranged obliquely on carriers 3 in a known manner. Below the gutter
i the drive is arranged in a stationary manner. It consists of a closed on all sides
Drive housing q., In which the drive shaft 5 is arranged. Around shaft 5
are several, e.g. B. six, designed as rollers rolling elements 6 arranged in a circle.
The pins 6 'of the rollers 6 rest in fork-shaped recesses 7' of the non-rotatable
on the shaft 5 mounted driver 7 (Fig. 2). The rollers 6 rotate with the shaft
5 and are supported on a sleeve 5 'surrounding the shaft 5 with play, so that
reverse shocks are transmitted to the shaft 5. In the circular trajectory
the roller 6 is enough in the neck: 4 'of the housing 4 leading plunger B. Against
The rollers 6 strike this tappet and hurl the tappet against the shoulder 9
the gutter i. The projection 9 carries an elastic plate 9 'on the abutment surface. at
Each time the ram is pushed, the channel moves in the direction of the arrow x and turns
after the end of the stroke under the action of the props 2 back to their rest position. '
There she receives a new short burst-like impulse from the through
the rollers 6 against the approach 9 of the channel i thrown plunger, which is a new one
Acceleration of the gutter in the direction of the arrow x brings about. This impulse must be like this
be measured that the harmonious movement of the channel with the drive at a
certain stroke of the same is retained and the channel and drive work in resonance.
As a result of the large number. short strokes of the ram and the resulting high
Vibration number of the channel is achieved that the goods to be conveyed in the channel in
an uninterrupted stream moves across the channel bottom. At the
In the selected exemplary embodiments, grooves are also special springs or buffers "io
arranged, which serve to limit the stroke of the channel and the reversal of the channels according to
support a delivery stroke. The lifting height of the plunger 8 can be adjusted by adjusting the
on the neck q. ' of the housing q. arranged threaded sleeve i i can be changed.
The drive shown in Fig. 3 differs from the one shown in Fig. I
only in that the drive housing q. is arranged on the channel i and the claß
