Gegenstand, der Erfindung ist ein Viehkettenentkoppler, welcher aus einem mit seinem Stegteil das eine Glied der Anbindekerbe übergreifenden U-förmig gebogenen Bügel mit ungleichartigen Schenkeln besteht. Von. diesen Schenkeln, läuft der kürzere für das Einhängen des anderen Kettengliedes in eine Öse aus, an welcher das Ende des längeren Schenkels vorbeigeführt ist. Das Neue am Erfindungsgegenstand besteht nun darin, daß die Auslaufrichtung des Endes des längeren Schenkels mit der Richtung des kürzeren Schenkels einen Winkel von etwa 45⁰ anschließt. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß einmal kein selbsttätiges Öffnen stattfinden, zum anderen aber bei gespannter Kette doch ein leichtes Öffnen von Hand erfolgen kann.The subject matter of the invention is a cattle chain decoupler, which consists of a U-shaped bow with dissimilar legs which crosses one link of the connecting notch with its web part. Bei beiden Ausführungsformen besteht der Entkoppler aus einem mit dem Stegteil das eine Glied .A der Anbindekette übergreifen den, U-förmig gebogenen Bügel, der zwei ungleichartige Schenkel besitzt. Der kürzere Schenkel δ läuft für das Einhängen des anderen Kettengliedes B in eine Öse d aus, an welcher das Ende« des längeren Schenkels c vorbeigeführt ist. Wie ersichtlich ist, schließt die Auslauf richtung des Endes« des längeren Schenkels c mit der Richtung des kürzeren Schenkels b einen Winkel von etwa 45° ein. Wenn sich der Entkoppler mit der aus 4.0 dem Ende des Schenkelteils e gebildeten Grifföse/ auf die durch die Spitze des datfunter befindlichen lotrechten Pfeiles versinnbildlichte Futterkrippe aufstützt, so sucht der Stützdruck den Entkoppler im Sinne des Pfeiles S der Abb. 1 um das untere Ende des Kettengliedes A zu drehen, so daß ein selbsttätiges Öffnen des Entkopplers vermieden ist. Trotzdem ist aber bei gespannter Kette, wie z. B. in dem FaEe, daß das Tier an der Kette ■ zerrt, ein leichtes Öffnen des Entfcopplers von Hand dadurch möglich, daß der U-Bügel an der Griff öse/ des Schenkelteifes c erfaßt und im Sinne des Pfeiles L um etwa i8o° um das untere Ende des Kettengliedes A gedreht wird.
