Verfahren zur Darstellung von Küpenfarbstoffen der Anthrachinonreihe
In den Patentschaiften 252 839, 259 037,
284 181, 286 093, 286 094,
welmeh-r (vgl. z.B. Patentschriften 259037, 2841-81 und 288 8422)
als Ausgangsmaterial für saure Wollfarbstoffe.Process for the preparation of vat dyes of the anthraquinone series The preparation of anthraquinone oxazoles has been described in patents 252 839, 259 037, 284 181, 286 093, 286 094, 288 842 etc. They are consistently phenyl, chlorophenyl or am, tt-K # ohl # ensto: ffatom unsubstituted anthraquinone oxazoles. These products (cf. 7.B. Patent 2,52839, BeisPie13) do not have any remarkable vat dyeing properties, since their affinity for the fibers in the vat is only low; they serve Welmeh-r (see, for example, patents 259037, 2841-81 and 288 8422) as the starting material for acidic wool dyes.
Beispiel i ,5 Teile 2 - 3-Amiinooxyanthrachinon,

The new products are created when o-aminooxyanthraquinones are condensed with anthraquinone aldehydes or substances that can be converted into such during the reaction, or other anthraquinone derivatives that show aldehyde character in their properties, by heating in the presence or absence of solvents or the in o-position to the amino group negatively or by hydroxyl-substituted Anthra-quinoncarb-oxylami'n, oanthxa, quinon-e or the components suitable for their formation by heating in the presence or absence of a solvent with or without the addition of condensing agents condensed or in other ways Antlirachin (> nderivate with one or produces several oxazole groups, which may contain on the t-Kvhlenstoffatom by an anthraquinone radical which, in turn, any substituents are substituted, the fastness properties of the new dyes are i excellent example, 5 parts of 2 -.. 3-Amiinooxyanthrachinon , obtained by five-hour B Treatment of 2-3-Br, omoxyantbra # c-hinon with concentrated ammonia, at 130 ', are intimately mixed with 7 parts of antlirachinone-2- # aldehyde and heated for a long time, for example 1 1/2, hours to 25o', to a removed sample no longer changes the color of the 2 - 3-amino! -oxyanthraquinane with alkali. shows. After cooling, the gray-brown reaction product is comminuted and recrystallized from nitro-benzene for purification. Yellow crystals are then obtained which dissolve in sulfuric acid with a brownish brown color. The Hydros, ulfitkäpe is deep green and pulls intensely on cotton. Upon oxidation, the black-green color turns into a light yellow.

After cooling, the dyestuff which has precipitated out in shiny copper, brown-red needles is sucked off and washed with nitrobenzene, until this is only slightly colored. The almost pure dye can be further purified by recrystallization from nitrobenzene and then dissolves in sulfuric acid with a yellow color. With water it is precipitated from this solution in bluish red flakes; he dyes cotton from a deep cherry red vat in the same color, which after oxidation turns into a bluish red of excellent fastness. After cooling, it is suctioned and washed with nitrobenzene until it is only faintly colored. What remains is a red-brown dye which is soluble in sulfuric acid with an orange color, which precipitates in brown-red flakes when water is added, the color of which changes to violet when exposed to Allw3i. If the dye is alkylated, for example by treating the fax material dissolved or suspended in o-dichlorobenzene with p-toluene, sulfosene, acid methyl estex, an alkali-fast red product is obtained which dissolves in sulfuric acid with an orange color is fails in water additive in red flakes and rearing au dünkelolilvstichig violet vat on cotton with a dark color and is excreted in oxidizing in a strong, very real red. After cooling, the dye is suctioned off. For further purification, it can be recrystallized from nitrobenzene. It then precipitates in red-brown crystals, which dissolve in sulfuric acid with an olive color. The purple-tinged red hydrosulfite vat becomes cotton of the same color colored, which after oxidation turns into a very real bluish red.
