Device for moving overburden conveyor bridges devices for

in Position A, B, C usw.
Through the graphical determination (Fig. I to 3) of the area and mass profile, the mass distribution is facilitated, taking into account the type of funding. The sides of the cross-sections (Fig. 2) are recorded as lengths on the ordinates corresponding to the longitudinal section (Fig. 3) from the gradient x (inclination line) to the top and bottom (removal and application), the application ordinate in relation to the loosening scaled down. Then the surface sides of the surface profile created in this way (Fig. Q.) Are the masses; they are determined with the planimeter. To now the distribution z. B. to be carried out by the boom of a bridge, the surface profile (area of the curve with the horizontal base line) is divided into positions A, B, C etc. (Fig. 5) so that, for example, position C contains as much coating material as B to required for gradient y. The positions are thus laid out in such a way that the compensation of their masses must fall at the level of the graduation y. The graded y (Fig. Q.) Is determined by the fact that the masses presented as the surface profile @ are equal above and below it J, n of the area sum. The ratio HC and HB indicates how much the former has to lead the other support in order to evenly distribute the masses on the left (Fig. 6). While z. B. If the support on the right (Fig. 6) comes from a to ß, the support on the left must be moved from y to b in the same time in relation to the masses to be distributed (from C to B). The straight line a - f (or ß-b) is the position of the rigidly connected, standing straight line f1, f2 and thus the respective direction of the track from. The guide track was drawn up before the start of operation. The tracks are laid in the company according to such a track plan. They give the bridge the lead so that the masses are distributed evenly on the boom. The explanation can also be given in another way, such that the distribution of the masses present in position C on the heap side does not take place over four fields, but that the masses are reduced to five fields, so that those still remaining in position B four fields on the overburden side can only be distributed on three fields on the dump side.
gewonnenen Massen vornehmen soll, ist in. drei Punkten a, b, c gelagert,
festem Abstand zueinander liegen.
The bridge shown in Fig. 7, 8, 9, which is supposed to distribute the masses obtained, is supported in three points a, b, c, where a and b are the end points of a fixed straight line, d # e always in fixed Distance to each other. The straight line from gives the bridge that to it at a fixed angle. and rigid movement, direction of travel and at rest and movement, the position in space is in touch with her to. The point c has no fixed distance from the straight line; But since it inevitably has a connection with the straight line through the bridge frame and at the same time is flexible in all directions, it adapts to any position in space required from the straight line in "rest and movement": that ! he always supports the bridge. The drive support a, b is provided on the left and the maneuvering support c is provided on the right.
In the present example, the choice of the boom length is determined in such a way that at. only load resting on the boom, e.g. B. at maximum torque, no tilting occurs in the vertical for the bridge. The frictional weight generated by the weights of the loads @ is thereby largely directed to the support a, b on the left, so that the propulsion of the entire bridge is expediently only on the left of the support, while support c is pulled along on the left, i.e. only serves as a maneuvering support . It adapts to the movements of the bridge, which are determined by the position of the straight lines a, b of the column on the left in space, at rest and in motion, namely by the flexibility of its position on all sides. The right support is limited in its movements to the left by a stop so that it is only loaded up to the weight it can withstand without becoming cumbersome in its construction as a maneuvering support or reducing the amount of friction weight required to drive the bridge.
