Ramp-shaped loading device for vibrating chutes For the purpose of a
mechanical loading of vibrating chutes has been used, inter alia. one rack-like over
the chute spanning, slidable in the longitudinal direction of the chute, narrow
Ramp proposed over which a mechanically moved transversely to the slide
Scratch pushes the pile into the chute. According to the invention, on the other hand
the loading of the chute by hand through a side of the chute
Ramp take place, over which the bulk material by means of a shovel into the shaking chute
is pushed. Such a ramp: made possible if it is arranged in a stationary manner
is, to let the shovel gripping the debris slide diagonally over it,
so that the worker no longer holds the shoveled good by one of the shovel handle
has to hold formed long lever arm. You give the ramp, be it through you
special drive, be it through a union with the slide, an oblique to the
Slide directed shaking movement, so you get a semi-mechanical feed,
at which the workers only have to throw the pile up to the front of the ramp
Has. The length of such a ramp can be equal to that of the stacked pile
so that any number of jobs can be distributed along it.
The drawing illustrates in Fig.i an embodiment of the device
in cross section, in Fig. z a second embodiment in plan view and in Fig.3
and FIG. 4 shows a third embodiment in cross section and in plan view.
mehrere Schrägrampen a von geeigneter Länge .eingefügt.
Seite, wie Abb.3 veranschaulicht, eine erhöhte Schulter r1..One or more inclined ramps a of suitable length are inserted between the chute r and the goods to be loaded g. In the embodiment according to Fig. I is the Rampea stationary, in the embodiment of Fig. A has the ramp b own drive device which imparts it an obliquely relative to the slide directed towards the shaking motion, and in the embodiment of fig.3 and 4, the Ramp a combined with the coachman or possibly consisting of one piece with it, so that it follows the shaking movements of the slide; in the latter case, the slide expediently receives a movement that is slightly oblique to its longitudinal direction, which can be effected in the simplest way, as in the case where the ramp has its special drive device, by inclining the bogies c or d. The coachman expediently has a raised shoulder r1 on the side opposite the ramp, as illustrated in Figure 3.
