Einrichtung zur Erwärmung von Flüssigkeiten oder teigigen Massen beim Rühren und Mischen mit elektrisch geheiztem Rührer Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Rühren und Kneten von flüssigen oder teigigen Massen, bei der diesen Massen Wärme durch das mit elektrischem Strom geheizte Rührwerkzeug zugeführt wird. Die Beheizung von Flüssigkeiten o. dgl. ist mittels Widerstandsheizung und insbesondere auch mittels eines Transformators, bei dem der heizende Teil von dem Sekundärstrom durchflossen wird, bekannt. Die Erfindung besteht darin, daß das die zu erhitzende Flüssigkeit oder Masse aufnehmende Gehäuse mit dem Transformatorkern derart verbunden ist, daß der Rührer einen Teil des Sekundärstromkreises des Transformators bildet. Diese Art der elektrischen Beheizung des Rührers hat den Vorteil, daß mit einer niedrigen ungefährlichen Heizspannung gearbeitet werden kann.
