In Schlachthäusern finden häufig Förderanlagen Verwendung, bei denen auf Rohren
verschiebbare Rutschhaken benutzt werden. Die aus den Brühbottichen auf die Enthaarungstische
gebrachten Schweine werden von letzteren aus mittels der erwähnten Rutschhaken abbefördert,
doch hat sich der übelstand gezeigt, daß die über dem Enthaarungstisch hängenden
Haken die Schlächter bei ihrer Arbeit hindern. wru .. @

Die Erfindung ist nun eine Förderanlage mit Rohrrutschhaken, bei der

zusammengeschobenen Rutschhaken, deren Abwärtsgleiten durch eine Sperrvorrichtung
verhindert wird, sich in erheblicher Höhe .über dem Fußboden befinden. Ist ein Schwein
enthaart und soll mittels eines Rutschhakenpaares abbefö.rdert werden, so wird durch
die erwähnte Sperrvorrichtung ein einzelnes Rutschhakenpaar freigegeben. Es gleitet

An den Brühbottich a schließt sich in bekannter Weise der Enthaarungstisch
b an (bei der Darstellung nach Abb.3 ist der Brühbottich für zwei parallele Enthaarungstische
vorgesehen), von dessen schrägem Ende b1 aus die enthaarten Schweine" abbefördert
werden sollen. Zu diesem Zwecke ist oberhalb des Enthaarungstisches in bekannter
Weise eine Rohrrutschbahn c angebracht, auf welcher sich die Rohrrutschhaken d,
die zweckmäßig gegen seitliches Abheben gesichert sind, verschieben lassen. Um nun
durch die herabhängenden Rutschhaken die Schlächter bei der Arbeit nicht zu behindern,
ist der größte Teil der über dem Enthaarungstisch liegenden Rutschbahnen um einem.
Punkt e aufklappbar angeordnet, kann also mittels eines Seiles f, das zu einer geeigneten
Windevorrichtung führt, angehoben werden. Dabei sind die beiden zusammengehörigen
Rohrstränge beispielsweise durch den Steg g miteinander verbunden, an dem das Seil
f angreift. Auf einer gemeinsamen Achse h sitzen zwei Sperräder i, die die Rutschhakend
am Abwärtsgleiten hindern und die vorteilhaft

von einer Feder m in der Ruhelage festgehaltene Zugstange rt wird die Sperrklinke

i um einen Zahn weiter, so daß das unterste Rutschhakenpaar auf der Schrägfläche
abwärts gleiten kann. Es werden also aus dem auf den schräg stehenden Rohre befindlichen
Magazin im Bedarfsfalle immer zwei Rutschhaken entnommen, die zur Ab.-beförderur.g
des enthaarten Schweines dienen. Sollen die leer zurückkommenden Rutschhaken wieder
zu dem in Abb. i dargestellten Magazin vereinigt werden, so wird Idas bewegbare
Ende der Rutschbahn in die Stellung nach Abb. a gesenkt, die Rutschhaken werden
bis hinter das Rad 1 zurückgeschoben, und nun wird das Seil f in der angegebenen
Pfeilrichtung wieder aufwärts bewegt. Die loste- auf der Rohrbahn in beliebigem
