Description

In die Kammer b sind ferner Rohre d eingesetzt, die bis neben die Sammelleitung α geführt und mit Schlitzen e versehen sind, die an der der Sammelleitung a abgekehrten Seite der Rohre d angeordnet sind. Die Auspuffgase werden hierdurch bei ihrem Üibertritt aus der Sammelleitung a in die Rohre d gezwungen, einen labyrinthartig gewundenen Weg zurückzulegen. Die Rohre d sind an ihren Enden mit je einer Kammer f versehen, in die Rohre ξ münden, die einen kleineren Durchmesser besitzen als die Rohre d und in der Summe ihrer Durchtrittsquerschnitte ungefähr dem Durchtrittsquerschnitt des zugehörigen Rohres d entsprechen können.
