Description
Elektrischer Sammler Die Bauart des Sammlers nach der Erfindung bezweckt, die Elektrodenplatten mit allen sie tragenden und voneinander trennenden Organen außerhalb des Gefäßes zusammenzufügen und dieses ganze Paket zwecks Reinigung aus dem Gefäß ahne Verschieben oder Lockern der einzelnen Teile entfernen und wieder einsetzen zu können, wodurch sowohl bei der Herstellung des Sammlers als auch besonders bei der Reinigung des: selben viel Zeit :erspart und eine Berührung der positiven mit den negativen Platten vermieden wird. Es wurde vorgeschlagen, diesen Zweck dadurch zu erreichen, daß die Platten mittels sie durchdringender Stäbe aus nicht leitendem Stoff zu einem festen Paket vereinigt wurden, wobei die Stäbe in der Mitte der Platten und in i/4 und 3/4 ihrer Höhe angebracht waren. Hierbei läßt sich nicht vermeiden, daß sich Bleischlamm auf die Oberkanten dieser Stäbe zwischen den Elektrodenplatt.en festsetzt, durch die Löcher der Trennungsplatten durchwächst und zu Kurzschlüssen führt. Dieser Übelstand wird beim Sammler nach der Erfindung dadurch vermieden, daß die die Platten tragenden Leisten oder Prismen miteinander und mit den die Platten voneinander im Abstand haltenden Stäben, Röhren o. dgl, fest verbunden sind, und daß die Platten nach ihrem Einsetzen in dieses feste Gebilde mit den oberen Enden der Abstandshalter in feste Verbindung gebracht werden.Electrical collector The purpose of the construction of the collector according to the invention is to the electrode plates with all organs that carry them and separate them from one another outside of the vessel and put this whole package out for cleaning remove the individual parts from the vessel without moving or loosening them and then again to be able to use, whereby both in the manufacture of the collector and especially in cleaning the: same a lot of time: saved and a touch of the positive with the negative plates is avoided.
