Gear spinning pump for delivering viscose to rayon spinning machines
The invention relates to an improvement in so-called gear spinning pumps such as those
find use as measuring or dosing pumps on rayon spinning machines. The spinning pumps
have the purpose of only a very specific amount of the cellulose solution, also viscose
called to feed the spinnerets in order to produce a thread that is as uniform as possible.
The spinning pumps only let through the amount of viscose that comes out of the
The delivery volume of the spinning pump and the number of revolutions of the same results. The viscose will
the spinning pump fed under a corresponding oversize, so that this pump the
Viscose does not need to be sucked in and then usually under a slightly lower one
Transfers pressure to the spit.
sind also undicht. The previously known gear spinning pumps now have the lack of
that after a long period of operation due to wear of the sealing surfaces on the
Pump gears contain a slightly larger amount of viscose. let through to the spinnerets,
than actually results from the delivery volume and the number of revolutions. The pumps
must then either be replaced by new ones: or the number of revolutions reduced so far
ensure that the correct delivery rate is achieved again. In addition, they leave so far
known spinning pumps when there is wear between the tooth flanks of the pump gears
has occurred, when the pumps are at a standstill, small amounts of viscose pass through,
are therefore leaking.
The above-mentioned disadvantages are eliminated by the present invention,
namely, the novelty of this invention is that the supply or suction channel
the pump not directly at the point of engagement of the pump gears, but
through corresponding distribution channels on the outer periphery of each gear wheel
opens, and that the orifice points through the up to the meshing of the suction side
continuous housing bores into which the gears with their outer diameter
fit exactly, separated from the point of engagement of the gears and therefore sealed
are. This achieves the following r. While the pump is running, a
The gaps between the teeth are only filled at the opening points of the feed channel.
The gaps therefore remain from the point of intervention to the point at which the feed channel opens
evacuated; there is therefore a negative pressure on the suction side of the tooth engagement point
of r Atm., which causes a certain amount of slip when the pump is worn out
the viscose conveyed after the exit point through the meshing point of the gears
returned to the suction side of the pump. This retrograde slip movement is effective
compensating for the gap due to the gears on the exit side
too much of the pump
conveyed amount of viscose, and it can with correct
The structural design of this new pump will not be able to guarantee that it will also be worn out
Still allows the same amount of viscose to pass through as a new pump.
When the pump is at a standstill, there is also worn tooth flanks
there is no risk of viscose seeping through to the outlet side, as the viscose feed channel
does not open directly at the tooth engagement and the actual opening points
through the continuous turns of the housing bores from the tooth engagement point
are separated.
erzielen lassen.Despite these two important advantages mentioned above, there are additional costs
hardly ever occur in production, since those advantages can be found in a very simple way
can be achieved.
