In den Maschinen zur Papier-Fabrikation· von der gewöhnlichen Construction wird das partielle Vacuum, welches erforderlich ist, um die überflüssige Nässe aus dem Zeuge zu entfernen, durch einen Strom Wasser erzeugt, der durch den Vacuum-Kasten geht, oder durch Pumpen, während unsere Erfindung darin besteht, dafs der gleiche Zweck durch einen Injector erzeugt wird. Dieser Injector besteht aus einem Dampfauslafs-Rohr, welches an dem Aussaugekasten befestigt ist und beim Arbeiten des Dampfes das theilweise Vacuum erzeugt, das alsdann das überflüssige Wasser von der Zeugmasse entfernt und es in den Zeugkasten drängt. Man kann den Strom dadurch regulären, dafs man das Dampfauslafs-Rohr mehr oder weniger weit von dem Aussaugerohr anschraubt.
