Description

Bei den bisher bekannten, aus Fassungsbock und abnehmbarem Deckel bestehenden Fassungen für elektrische Röhrenlampen, sogenannten Soffittenlampen, wurde der abnehmbare Deckel auf dem Fassungsbock dadurch gehalten, daß außerhalb der die Lampensockel umfassenden federnden Metallkontakte noch besondere, zusammen mit den letzteren an ihrem unteren Ende auf dem Fassungsbocke befestigte Halteblattfedern angeordnet sind, die — beim Aufsetzen des Dekkels — in senkrecht verlaufenden Aussparungen des Deckels geführt, mit ihren ausgebogenen freien Federenden in Nuten einspringen, die in der Längsrichtung des Deckels in dessen Innenhöhlung verlaufen. Diese Art der Aufbringung des Deckels auf den Fassungsbock zeigte erhebliche Mißstände. Die Aussparungen für die Haltefedern in dem meist aus Porzellan bestehenden Deckel konnten aus Fabrikationsrücksichten wegen der geforderten Toleranz der Porzellanfabriken nicht genau der Breite dieser Sperrfedem angepaßt werden. Auch die Längsnuten, in welche die ausgebogenen freien Federenden der Haltefedern einspringen sollten, konnten aus dem gleichen Grunde nicht so begrenzt werden, daß der Deckel nicht in der Längsrichtung des Fassungsbockes verschiebbar war. Diese Maßnahme gewährt auch den Vorteil, daß der abnehmbare Deckel von runder Grundrißform, beispielsweise halbkugelförmig, ausgeführt werden kann, was zur Verminderung der Schattenflecke wesentlich beiträgt.
