hat.1VIeß- and filling device for shaft hoisting vessels or the like. To at
Vessel conveying the loading of the conveying vessels at the filling location in the shortest possible time
to be able to make, so-called measuring filling hulls are provided at the filling location, which
filled during propulsion (i.e. while the vessels are in motion)
and have a vessel filling ready to take them when the bucket arrives
by opening the closure provided at the lower end quickly into the vessel
to fall for. This arrangement has the disadvantage that when filling the
Measuring bunker, the material to be conveyed is heavily ground by the free fall into the measuring bunker
and is crushed what z. B. with coal a very large depreciation result
Has.
In order to prevent malaise, it was proposed - instead of the
Measuring bunker to use a horizontally lying conveyor belt. The operation is then
so provided that the tape at the end facing away from the shaft by a rotary rocker
or a shaking chute or the like. Charged and kept in motion at the same time
is, in such a way that the conveyed material reaching the belt moves towards the shaft
until the belt is loaded with a lot along its entire length,
which corresponds to a vessel load.
When the bucket arrives, the belt is again in the same sense
set in motion, but without releasing any new material to be conveyed. The conveyed material arrives
then via an overflow chute into the vessel. This arrangement has the disadvantage
that the loading of the vessel takes too much time, even if at
this last-mentioned process the belt runs faster than when loading. aside from that
the tape must then be set in motion very quickly, which results in very high acceleration forces
and requires large engines. The invention described below eliminates the
Disadvantages of the two arrangements described above, by on the one hand the conveyed material
when charging the measuring and filling device is as protected as possible against
Comminution and, on the other hand, a very rapid vessel loading is guaranteed.
Gefäß i freigegeben.
The invention is shown in two exemplary embodiments. a, b (Fig. r) is a channel which is inclined at an angle that is greater than the slip angle between the substances in question. The conveyed material is poured into these channels with the help of a rocker c, a vibrating chute or a similar feeding device. Above the channel, one or two adjacent endless chains d are attached to which a driver plate f, ä is attached, which is guided through the channel as the chain moves in the direction of the arrow. At the beginning of the filling of the channel, the drive plate protrudes a little away from the feeding device, as shown in Fig. I. The first material to be conveyed from the feeding device into the channel collects in front of the above-mentioned carrier plate and thus forms a cushion to protect the following items. As soon as the space between the carrier plate and the feeding device is sufficiently filled, the chain begins to run, the carrier plate rigidly connected to the chain moving downward as quickly as the conveyed material is fed to the channel through the feeding device. If the feeding device consists of a rotary luffing device, the carrier plate can be moved so far downwards after each tilting of a car that there is enough space at the top in the channel to have room for further loading. In this way it is achieved that the newly arriving material after a short slide in the channel hits the material already lying there, so that the new material does not shoot through the whole channel with increased speed and is smashed at a lock attached below. When the drive plate has reached the vicinity of the lower turret h, the channel is loaded with a vessel filling. When the vessel has arrived from the channel in its prescribed loading position, the drive plate is guided around the lower turas and the contents of the channel are thus released to slide into the vessel i. If necessary, the channel can also be closed by a small overflow chute k, which the vessel itself opens when it arrives. In order to make the device ready for a new load, the drive plate can now be inserted backwards into the channel and brought back into the starting position, as shown. However, a second driver plate can also be provided in, which is arranged in such a way. that it is in the top position when the other is in the bottom. The chain can then always be moved in the same direction and does not need to be brought into the opposite movement. In addition, with two drive plates no time is lost for moving one drive plate backwards, since the second plate is inserted into the channel at the same time as the first plate has just pushed out.
In diesem Falle
Since the conveyance is usually two-way, in this case
expediently two such measuring and filling devices arranged side by side,
which can then receive joint drive. The chain that holds the drive plates
carries, can also be arranged below the channel instead of above. In this case
it is expedient that the groove is formed by the chain itself, in that this
as a box band known per se for other purposes is designed with fixed
or accompanying sidewalls. Such a device is shown in Fig. A.
nach Abb. i beschrieben.
The operation proceeds in exactly the same way as for the arrangement
described according to Fig. i. In this case, either an end plate can be used
o (Fig. a) or two such o and n may be provided. With only one cover plate
the direction of movement of the belt is reversed after the discharge and the end plate
moved backwards to the starting position. In this case only half is needed
the chain from o to x to be designed as a box band. With two end plates
the whole band is provided as a box band. The release of what was stored on the gangway
Material to be conveyed is also achieved in that 'the closing plate around the lower turas
is shown around. In this case, the cover plate is used in its release position
p at the same time as a discharge chute into the bucket q.
