Das Wesen der Erfindung besteht darin, daß der bisher als Hohlmantel ausgebildete obere Teil des Heizeinsatzes korbrostartig aus Rohren gebildet wird.Standing boiler. Gemäß dem Hauptpatent besteht der Heizeinsatz aus, einem Hohlmantel, in den mittels Zwischenröhren i ein aus Rohren zusammengesetzter Korbrost feingehängt ist. An Stelle des Heizmantels besteht nunmehr gemäß der Erfindung der obere Teil des Heizeinsatzes aus einer in gleicher Weise wie der eigentliche Korbrost aus einzelnen Rohren zusammengeschweißten korbrostartigen Kappe m,- so daß der Heizeinsatz beiderseits durch einen Korbroat f und m begrenzt wird. Hierbei wird durch Fortlassen einiger Rohre in der Abschlußkappe m eine Öffnung n geschaffen, die es ermöglicht, in- Verbindung mit einer ent--prechend im Außenmantel vorgesehenen Tür den Heizeinsatz so zu füllen, daß er in seiner ganzen Länge als Füllschacht dienen kann. Hierdurch wird eine bedeutend bossiere Ausnutzung der Heizgase erzielt. Außerdem ergibt sich insbesondere bei der Anwendung des Kessels für Dampfheizungen der Vorteil, daß von der in Abb. i .eingezeichneten strichpunktierten Linie ab der-obere Teil dies oberen Korbrosfesm als Dampfraum dient, wodurch ein besonderer Dampfraum erübrigt wird. Der in den Rohren sich befindende Dampf wird hierbei dadurch, daß die Rohre von den abziehenden Heizgasen bestrichen werden, noch besonders, erhitzt, so daß dieser Dampfraum gleichzeitig als Überhitzer dient. Die Verbindung der beiden Korbroste f und m kann entweder durch Zwischenrohre i gebildet werden oder auch durch einen geschlossenen Höhhnantel. Durch die Anwendung eines Korbrostes als oberer Abschluß des Heizeinsatzes ergibt sich neben der guten Ausnutzung der Heizgase und Heranziehen des ganzen Einsatzes als Füllschacht die Möglichkeit einer gedrängteren Bauweise und besseren Wirkungsweise, - des gesamten Kessels.According to the main patent, the heating element consists of a hollow jacket into which a basket grate composed of tubes is finely suspended by means of intermediate tubes.
